That's not a mod, those are Ottoman eyalets. They're a special type of subject so they have a different color

Sure thing, it’s called Performance Friendly Flat Map. For me it helps a lot with performance, and even though I don’t really need it bc my PC is pretty powerful I just like the simplified look of the map.
