I like the sticker screen as well, but I almost wish the screen was animated with bricks, so that the texture on the screen of the overlords face could move, and maybe fluctuate with his words.

Worked on this for a couple of weeks if we don't count the long breaks and yes, I worked in Blender. The compositing is done in Foundry's Nuke

The Rebooted reanimated project is for doing exactly that. We reanimate a couple of episodes (or even the whole season, I'm not quite sure) in different styles

Idk why but I don’t think I’ll ever get used to the new designs, maybe I’m just a nostalgia fan but Zane looks hideous, Kai looks like he just woke up, Cole is decent, Lloyd looks odd, Wu looks good, Garmadon looks exaggerated, only Jay and Nya look fire. Ofc it’s my opinion so.
What I would give to see a full episode of this. Great work dude, very impressive!
