Is it possible to switch off/on layers? It's also so annoying that "blocked" layer is still available to be clicked on the project...

Unfortunately not individual layers. We can now turn off all layers but that's not always what we want. The Adobe Express Uservoice has some planned features listed about layers, including hiding layers here: adobeexpress.uservoice.com/forums/951181-adobe-express?query=layers
