Here in Missouri porksteaks are readily available at your local grocery store and they are as common as a hamburger. We just throw them in a weber kettle over a direct fire and let em rip.....DELICIOUS!!!!!
Here in Wisconsin pork steak is cheap and available pretty much anywhere. Pork steak is a regular weekly meal for us cooked many different ways. Love them on my Harvester barrel.
@@SmokeMasterD the reason I asked is due to the reviews you did on all the drums I assumed you bought it as it was the winner. How would it stack up vs Gateway or Hunsaker.

I have to say, I prefer direct heat pork steaks over ribs. ...fight me. LOL
