    So you can get down to 250-275 for slow smoking.
    I have an offset smoker and love it. Drum smoker looks faster and easier to maintain.

    Great explanation and demonstration, Frank! Also glad to know I don't have to worry too much about the paint, I was thinking of what kind of paint I need on my Super55 when it gets here. Can't wait! And realizing stickers will work fine... that's interesting, I really expected these smokers would get a lot hotter on the outer surface. That internal shield obviously makes a huge difference in not just regulating airflow, but also in protecting the exterior from the charcoal box. Awesome!

      Yeah, you can definitely add decals and stickers. This design keeps everything at very even temps. You’re gonna love the Super 55. Thanks

    What do you do at the end of cook? Do you open the lid and let it burn out or do you close everything?
