In our theatre in Oakland when Spider-Man jumped out of the Newspaper that said He’s Back to go fight Doc Ock. Our crowd went crazy and started cheering and clapping. So many chills
I was born August 2001, so was too young to see the first two Spider-Man films in cinema. The first one I saw in cinema was Spider-Man 3. It's a lifelong dream of mine to one day get to have this experience. Unfortunately I live in the UK so the closest I can get is people uploading reactions like yours. Its hardly the real thing, but it still gets me excited seeing fans get to experience the og trilogy in cinema. Thanks for the upload!

Saw all 3 films in theaters on their opening week when I was going through school. It was pretty great to experience these re-screenings. I hadn't seen Spider-Man 1 on a theater screen since 2002.
Saw this with some friends on Tuesday and had center back row seats. To say the experience was amazing wouldn't be doing it justice. Still the best live action Spider-Man movie, live action superhero movie, and on of the best sequels of all time in my mind. It's got gripping drama, it's got funny humor, it's got phenomenal action, it's got an amazing romance, and most of all, it's got undeniable heart. Just like with the first movie, I feel if Spider-Man 2 was made now, with more updated VFX, a longer running time (by that I mean +30 min or less) to include more character development from the comics and novelizations, had MJ helping out more during the fight scenes, and showed more of Peter's science side, his anger at the world for constantly pushing him down, as well as his confident and humorous side that keeps him going, I feel more people would say it's one of the greatest. Spider-Man 2 has some minor problems, but that doesn't make it any less of a masterpiece.
I'm happy you had a fun time. I love how you went into detail about how this was the perfect movie as well. This trilogy was just special, and to see it be rereleased in theaters is outstanding and is an experience you cannot experience at home.
