0:40 can anyone tell me how you do that air Hyperion Ram in GOS? 1:30 as well as in Ascension. Please? And is this in all the other games apart from GOW3 which Does have Hyperion Ram.
This is not a Hyperion Ram. It's simply grabbing and enemy that is launched infront of you. In GoS, it happens like that on those enemies. In Ascension, grabbing a flying armored Satyr gives you the Hyperion Ram animation.
@@ExtremeGameplays1I Honestly never knew this and I've been playing this franchise for as long as I can remember. You learn something new everyday. What about the trails of a Archimedes in gow ascension and i mean the one in ch 28 when you are in a large elevator fighting 4 gorgons and 4 sirens an i think its the hardest thing in gow series and thats only stage in stage 2 you get the fire traps and fight harpies and 2 avatar guys then a statue guy all of this without any checkpoints or breaks ,health and magic nothinggg at all thats stage 2 , stage 3 is easy but the fact that there is no checkpoint or health chests make it stressfull and you fight a whole half guy half horse guy (i sont know his name) and then 2 wraths but after you kill these fuckers you are now free from this madness . This is the best gow encounter in all of the series i am wondering why its not in your list and not even in honourable mentions😢
Hot take :- GOW 1 is batter then 2. I don't know Why they don't use a character graveyard in God of war 2 ? 😔 And why did they removed Apollo's ascension, Apollo's offensive, Harmes fury and lence of the furies in GOW 2 ? In the trasure of GOW 1 we can lurn about how they made kratos, How they made enemies and the deleted levels. Oh God why they removed these things in GOW 2 ? 😔😔 That's why god of war 1 is batter. 😀 But again fuck the rage of GOW 1.
I too wish there was a character graveyard in gow2 (or even for the lost levels) Same with the lance of the furies that you mentioned. It is much better than rampage of the furies (although it could've been tweaked a little)
To be more precise. The default animation (the simple yank where he slams them to the ground) doesn't have i-frames, the one that he does on normal enemies like the legionnaires and sentries for example. All the other _special_ animation ones have i-frames.
The presentation is good and the lightning acting as a hazard is nice. Higher level runs will make obvious what might be overlooked in vanilla (lower) runs like how there is almost nothing actually going on there of substance (yet another case of RO disabled, too).
@@ExtremeGameplays1 >always with the RO disabling I know, right? If they must be this way with the once-through kiddies, the solution is a simple one. As I've noted before, have a cheat code (like Wulf's code), NG+ and VH (in general **since it is a natural second playthrough case**) work around this. Just throw up all the damn invisible walls and other ridiculous padding nonsense for that session only to drop the bull for these other tours of duty. The people you want to con into thinking their experience was worthwhile for it taking longer (to chip something to death) will be fooled and vets will be happy (enduring it the one time where it doesn't matter **if that should they be smart and provide the code to bypass this**). Just seems like a good compromise to me. Save your ridiculous 'balancing' for casual settings they work within. Want to remove scaling on collisions? Fine. Save that for H and below. It is glorified N anyway. I can scarcely imagine caring. Don't mess with VH. Also, leave us options to re-enable these things (costumes, collectibles, etc. to 'cheat' with). That, too, is a smart call. And if we want to sequence break with using things later in the game, but you didn't get around to QA, just have a prompt warning of this before the playthrough starts. Shouldn't even be necessary, but that covers the matter for the goofs who would get cross without being told something obvious (that doing this might not always be the most stable experience).
@@ExtremeGameplays1 You say you regret that McKratos didn't go nopan under his kilt? That SSM missed a big opportunity (upon getting so pozz'd) in not making him a ballerina (tutu and all), dress him up in drag (full Rocky Horror Show **perhaps like the weirdos reading sexual books to children at libraries**), made him a true TRAN KNEE (Ricky approves), etc.? Would have gone well with the GoW:A camera angles having upskirts for some reason. NOTE: Jests aside, we got a mime, but never a clown. Disco Fever never got its day in the Sun. While pretending he's not just Greek (but black **read: Sub-Saharan African according to the ignorant**), they really could have had one where he dressed like his VA (very goofy outfits to go with the glasses). CARSONtos. Bow-tie and all.
@@ExtremeGameplays1 >hired The first paragraph might have sold them (toss in talk of outdoing DI with his package dangling and flopping in the wind to seal the deal **in the entry where the sex mini-game was removed**). Not so much the second (note). I'd have to really go hard (suggest a sex mini-game with Kratos pegged, laying with men...or boys, copulating with beasts, playing that lyre Nu-GoWII pretends a Spartan would know how to work, etc.).
@@ExtremeGameplays1 >60 harpies Indeed, it was excessive. 34 or so would have been a nice meme number. Could probably clear that with a single session of MAX'd tools (full MP bar, lvl3 AoH, lvl3 PR, etc.). That even with it and another using AB (lvl5 BoC)...just to fall short? A bit distasteful. Also, this is Zeus Temple. We lack a demi-god child of Zeus to fight, an OC electric monster (Coterus) or other things really related to pops (certainly not Agony **yet**). Many of the forces are Hades or Poseidon, actually. You could maybe say the children of Typhon (with Echidna) were his domain (left alive to challenge heroes). Just that they're a bit too 'over' for mob status, generally. The eagle was still busy with Prometheus, so we can't have that. I suppose they were also opting to work harpies (more bat-like with no feather variants in this entry **not even introduced for Cliffs of Madness**) to this end as they would ignore the conveyor to an extent, which is good in terms of fight composition (no way AI negotiates it well). Apparently the other animal tied to him would be bulls (Tormentors appeared in CoH, but perhaps they turned up prematurely **while failing to exhibit blessings of the skyfather, too**). LPG is sort of a Hades perverted version (undead armored thing). UPG would have been much, much closer (harpies like with minotaurs were not supposed to be a species), but got dropped. Chimera could have been up here (hinted at by statues), but they didn't even attempt it until GoWII where early on they pushed it back to GoWIII. Othrus never got a chance in the Sun (became a ball for Geryon as a mob). Sphinx got misused for a CoO opp (glorified Sabortooth **Morpheus Beast**). No Cretan Bull (sort of covered by LPG). Dionysus and Pan never had their time, so I suppose Zeus took his place, thus "satyrs" (fauns) became his domain. Perhaps the weird 'ant-men' (not in form, mind you) that would eventually serve under Achilles? Not a great place to use them, I know. While more a symbol of Ares (who didn't contribute to the temple **same for a lot of other, lesser gods, yet we have a section named after one titan**), there was a dog (Laelaps) of great speed that could catch anything (yet was set against something never to be caught **some fox woman or some such**). Conveyor Belt set-up continues to not so much favor alternative options. A different dog is tied into a tale explaining swings (as the hanging of murderers **amusing**). Cretan Bull (white water-walker **what a trait to have in GoW proper**)...could have been a contender in CoP, I'd say. Not so relevant on the belts with rollers and flamethrowers (also, it jobbed to Theseus just like its son). Need more flying things (apparently Poseidon was tied into the Golden Fleece **and it was a living thing that could fly and speak**). Griffins, Hippogriffs, etc. Manticore shouldn't be related to Zeus, but it does have flight, at least. Unrelated, but Sparti could have been fun given their in-fight and faction nature. They would attack anyone that wasn't one of them and if made to strike one-another, would quarrel. If planning a future beef with Hephaestus (to a lesser extent Gaia **probably not so much Athena**) a serpent-man 'king of Athens' could have been there to claim the box only to get...outcompeted. Argus was apparently an opp of Zeus (Hermes had helped take him out) and served Hera. Echidna jobbing to him is sad. We should have had our chance to wrong the Graeae as Perseus had (stealing their shared eye to find what we sought and tossing it into a lake if not destroying it when done with the thing). Could have helped with seeking Stheno (instead of a weapon for Medusa). Some fancy boar was tied to Arty, but she didn't contribute until GoWII (with some fodder getting rolled by kids of Poseidon before swiftly dropping out of the game completely). A famed couple had a pig of their own (jobbed to Theseus). Still another was captured by Herc (Nemean Lion was to job to this fellow, but is depicted as if a Manticore in GoWIII **and GoS a mini-boss acting like a sub-boss in Sparta's dungeons...pretty close to fitting the bill**). Back on task, apparently there was a second eagle (one more important to Zeus). Mostly for errands (like stealing a slipper from 'Fro to give to Hermes so she had to take his dick just to get it back). Regular ass vultures were tied into Typhon? Alright. Some lesser dragon could have guarded the fleece (in GoWII). Campe would be a foe to encounter in Tartarus (though Zeus should have finished her long ago). Had no idea the blood of Medusa could pull an Ambrosia (Golden Apple) with full rez (Phoenix Down). Lamia is tied to Zeus, but would make more sense for earlier in our tale (perhaps around the time of Calliope being born). Not sure why GoW:A made Empusa into bug things. Sort of a shame the pop culture thing led to sirens not being depicted right (more like Mermaids **while Nymphs never try to pull stunts drowning us nor do Sirens turn up to drive us mad so we can kill our family, attempt suicide, etc.**). I suppose the mother of harpies are tied into Hera and loosely Zeus. Where is our rainbow bridge? A different bunch of birds inspired the 'Queen' variant. But enough of this. Seems without just using upgraded foes (or those that don't exist), not much more could be done with the arena as it was. Just temper the absurd foe count. Would have gotten ugly with Hades Harpies and Hades Archers (for sure). Maybe mounted the later (as pygmy) on the former. Horrifying. Or maybe some sort of Cupid enemy (Eros as a species instead of individual **harpies were tied into him with GoW and these children would be a clue of the infidelities with 'Fro...half-bird monsters able to wield bows while flying around**).

I can say when Zesty says the loom chamber section isn't as easy as it looks I can a test for it, I was here recently playing GoW 2 on the hardest difficulty and it's the hardest challenge I've had in a long time. To be frank it's my first time in the hardest difficulty and I wouldn't say I'm bad at GoW either it was just hard asf.
Bro beating the loom chamber on titan mode was so satisfying the barbarian hammer and euralye head helped me a lot on that part of the game
You know you're in God of War when the guy playing Kratos calls the small enemies "ammo".
Why is that so funny to me?
I really like the Cyclops encounter on Labrinth that is where I can show my strength but loom chamber gauntlet slaps all. Can you please make some guide about all the secondary weapons in gow 123 and the spear from Ragnarok.
Worst encounter for me is wraits and Cyclops encounter in domain of death in ghost of sparta.
Btw really glad that top 5 is back.😀
Will make a complete guide for all of god of war so don't worry
Eagerly waiting buddy👍
>worst encounter
>Keres/Tyrant
It is among the worst thanks to two questionably designed foes teamed up in an arena not well suited to this situation. At least you can work the barrier or even delay the spawn of the latter foe. Very gamey. Without the right tools/upgrades, you're in for it. Really need to exploit such things or it becomes silly to the point of being undoable (as in VH PAIN+). There are reasons nobody does it 'legit'.
@@BigVEE Yes that encounter is hell. I was stuck at it for so much time.
Btw why you stopped uploading videos?
@@neutronstar558 >why
YT's buyout with Google quickly brought about issues with DMCA, I lost my HDD (with music), it was still a pain to record, still not fun to edit (even in minor fashion), etc. Also, I got into a perfectionist mindset with TRAN KNEE (should have settled and come back another time while finishing the aid being rendered to the SoD FAQ).
Ultimately, I shifted to doing write-ups. From there, evaluations. I would teach others who would then often record what I was talking about (saving me the trouble). Some better at/for it than others, certainly. At this juncture, it seems like a bad risk to take (entering into the waters of YT again means opening up to nonsense that could easily result in the loss of what is up already).
I'd briefly considered it shortly after my defeat of VH PAIN+ ToA W1 (had things I wanted to show), but this was stopped by the Rona (during that time I found others to do it for me, so it became pointless again). There just isn't a need for me to do as such.

Thanks Zesty, I'm definitely going to go do a little experimenting in the combat arenas now. Take care and keep up the good work.

And why did they removed Apollo's ascension, Apollo's offensive, Harmes fury and lence of the furies in GOW 2 ?

In god of war 2 onwards, a lot of them do.

All the other _special_ animation ones have i-frames.

Bro did you forget about God of war ghost of sparta mid game ship fight?
Oof. That one is actually pretty good. Forgot about it
The presentation is good and the lightning acting as a hazard is nice. Higher level runs will make obvious what might be overlooked in vanilla (lower) runs like how there is almost nothing actually going on there of substance (yet another case of RO disabled, too).
@@BigVEE >RO disabled
It's... always the goddamn ring outs being disabled...
@@ExtremeGameplays1 >always with the RO disabling
I know, right?
Can you make a video of Kratos' skirt
NO
@@ExtremeGameplays1 You say you regret that McKratos didn't go nopan under his kilt?

The first paragraph might have sold them (toss in talk of outdoing DI with his package dangling and flopping in the wind to seal the deal **in the entry where the sex mini-game was removed**). Not so much the second (note). I'd have to really go hard (suggest a sex mini-game with Kratos pegged, laying with men...or boys, copulating with beasts, playing that lyre Nu-GoWII pretends a Spartan would know how to work, etc.).
I have asked this many times and you havent responded. My question.
How are you holding up?
I'm doing fine, man. Thank you
You should atleast looked gow 1 fight before Pandora's box dont you think?
Nah. It's... idk. SIXTY MUHFUCKIN HARPIES.
What is this, an orgy?
@@ExtremeGameplays1 😂
@@ExtremeGameplays1 >60 harpies
Indeed, it was excessive.
