Appreciate your explanation on this lung problem. Any idea if the right upper part of the lung ie the rounded shape show a small area opaque and the lung tissue shows light air in the xray, is this suspicion of pneumonia with a light fever?
Dear sir I have not any problem I have done my xray random my chest is clear not . Bilateral hillar are prominent. No soft tissue seen abnormally. CP angel are clear. Cardiac shadow is ok.both lung field are clear. Is that any worry.

With lung tumor tumors 🫁 I would say soo because tumors can make a whole in the lungs... and you cannot patch up a lung with a hole in it..
