For a while, I faced a pretty tough period in my life, struggling every day in a job that left me unfulfilled. In this setting, I had to deal with various people telling me what to do and what not to, on top of dealing with challenging colleagues and a tumultuous relationship. Honestly, I felt pretty negative about all of it, realizing I was losing control of my life. Each day seemed like a never-ending, hard battle, as if I was at my lowest point.

I’m in year 3 of what I have called becoming sovereign. A sovereign person is authentic, grateful and is content alone with oneself. You love yourself enough to be alone with you. It took a year to work through all the crap that comes up… get mad, get sad and then you get glad ! Nobody will treat you badly with the new outlook you won’t allow it in your mind. Stoicism is common sense in a world that sense isn’t common! Soldier on! (I didn’t have addiction issues)
I Have learned the power of being Quiet.
I thank you to be part of my life to teach this stoicism and making a difference and never being disappointed listening to stoic philosophy, a new beginning started last year 2023 and continue to change my life.
On this 30/12/2023 I will be a new person with a new mindset, letting go of the past and choosing to forgive everyone who hurt me and I forgive myself in the mighty name of Jesus amen 🙏.
