    I don't know if clo-set and clo3D have different subscriptions 🥺 thank you so much for all the detail information, I am a beginner and this is very helpful for me.

      CLO-set is free; however, there are some functions that are paid (like the tech pack), and it's a separate subscription from the one you pay to use the CLO software.

      Hi, thanks for watching and commenting. Clo does not work on an iPad. Most 3d software does not. The iPad is not powerful enough.

    we are getting error when exporting TEck pach excel from the browser we contacted CLO-SET to address the issue though, same issue with Firefox, we are on the 60 days trial period do they really disable that tech pack excel generator from it?

      @383design  Рік тому +1

      Hi, @okkanym! Thanks for watching and commenting. Hopefully, CLO will get back to you ASAP. But, yes, the tech pack generator is disabled after the trial is over.

      @@383design thank you for responding back to us, ok then we have a bug

      @@nymarekintvilik8371 I can't say that for sure. The first thing CLO will probably tell you to do is make sure you're using Chrome, and then if you are, clear your cookies and cache. Past that, they'll have to trouble shoot with you.

      @@383design alright the Feedback and answer regarding the excel tech pack export at this moment only 1 colorway can be handle by CLO-SET. Having multiple colorway exported from CLO3d to CLO-SET cause an error and bug to export the Excel Tech pack, they are unable to manage so far too many files. I asked them first to have only 1 monthly plan Clo3d including Tech pack and to invest as well to extend their server capacity for tech pack and its feature to be handled by customer.

    This is no fault of your own, but that's not an acceptable tech pack for a manufacturer.
    In my 10y experience, manufacturers didn't - or only begrudgingly - accept 3D mockups and renders.
    They need images of the garment "laid flat" because that is how they work with the final ready piece.
    In order for the manufacturer to accurately realize your design, they need accurate and exact depictions of the components, even the stitch.

      @@thedevo01 Hi, thanks for watching and commenting! I have over 20 years experience in the NYC fashion industry, so yes, I’m very familiar with flat sketches (and I’ve also got lots of other videos about them as well as tech packs on my channel:)
      This video is showing what CLO, a 3D software, generates. However, not sure if you didn’t watch to the end of the video or if you missed it, but I do mention that I believed a flat sketch is clearer and that I wasn’t convinced that just having the 3d rendering on the tech pack is enough. I’ve been hearing people say they’re using them, but I’m still not convinced.
