- Today we are dining in the worlds fastest restaurant in terms of food delivery from the moment you order to the moment the plate hits your table. karne garibaldi holds the Guinness world record for fastest food delivery. I'm taking you to the original Mexican restaurant in Guadalajara Mexico to see this blazing speed service and of course most importantly try out the Mexican food from Guadalajara which is a local specialty of Guadalajara and the state of Jalisco. I like your video dude. But you seriously need to do your research on some descriptive words to add to your vocabulary. And I suggest you learn the difference between cilantro and parsley if you're going to be doing food reviews these are just some simple things that you could do to really enhance the quality of your video. Instead of using low level vocabulary and describing things incorrectly you could really hone your craft.
That’s actually pretty smart, that reduces the time people use the tables, making it so you can have more clients per day, while giving you huge reputation and advertisement to bring more people in.

While tipping is common in Central/south America, you generally dont tip as highly as in NA, even for good service. 10% is a very good tip.
I'm a waiter and 9 times out of 10, usually when people say that, it's like less than 10 percent lol

I went to this place once when visiting some family. They invited me here but didn’t mention how fast they serve you. I went to the bathroom to wash my hands before eating, once I got back to my seat they were already eating. I was very impressed at their speed.
Everything is sitting in steam table..... Lol
Mexico takes good pride in courtesy, cleanliness and satisfaction. Treated like a family member. 🇲🇽😎💯
Even most of the street vendors have better cleanliness than some restaurants from the states

My parents are from Jalisco. I have heard of this dish but never had it. You're doing your travel right finding all the regional spots.
Tell your mom to make it, its pretty easy and very good. I add a lil bit of cheese with drizzle lime to mine. I also use turkey bacon instead of pig bacon to be a little bit more healthier
I can get this at 2 local taquerias in northern California. I always thought it was kinda common.

Jerky which is popular in South Africa,... and 'probably' in the US (as I've heard that on American shows/movies being mentioned)? With jerky, they are strips of meat, made from beef, pork, and can be vegan now (in the last few yrs that I've noticed).

The speed comes from the food being the type of food they can just scoop up and spoon it in the plate. It's probably spooned up before the waiter even walks to the back.
And having a simple menu where the cooks don't have to prepare dozens and dozens of recipes.
Find a few recipes and perfect it.

I meant the number of completely unique dishes that have to be prepared is minimized.
For example they don't need to remember 50+ recipes for 50+ dishes.
I liked how the waiter told him to add stuff in the dish to make the food taste even better.

Bro im a local ! The first spot wasn’t a parking lot, it’s one of the most famous carne en su jugo restaurant of Guadalajara called kamilos 333 you should try it later! It’s completely an other flavor.

May i suggest, afterwards head for "la violeta" its really close and anyone there can give you directions, its one of the oldest artisan ice cream shops in town and they're the BEST ice cream you'll ever taste. Personal fave of mine is Nuez con mamey ;)

The way to eat it is to smear the tortilla with beans and then a bite of the roasted onion then your carne en su jugo.
The jericallas are so good! Their name comes from the Jérica sisters from Spain who feed the kids from the Cabañas orphanage with it to provide a calorie rich food to malnourished kids.
You let the tortillas soak on the side. Bite tortilla then spoon full of food
The way to eat is however you want.
I hate when people act like there is a special way.
Just like how to use a tortilla. You can put it on.
You can use it to pinch food. Or roll it and dip while eating with spoon.
Let people eat how they want.
You go there once and think you know it all
Why would you think it would take very long to get a bowl of soup anyway? It's not like they have to prepare the soup and cook it for hours before you get it that's already been taken care of.

I just got back from Guadalajara a couple of days ago and fell in love with the city and the outlying area. Carne en su jugo is now one of my favorite dishes to eat!
I love Mexico thanks to you. What we read in the main stream media is nothing compared to what reality is. Mexican people most of them are decent people who are hardworking and dedicated. I hope they will remove the drug cartels so that Mexico can truly be a prosperous and peaceful nation.

Nah, Mexico is pretty bad. It certainly has it's highlights, but the general public located in cities and pueblos are ussually skeptical of strangers that aren't tourists.

In fact they got the appetisers as soon as you say on the table ! Hence you were a tad baffled on the appetiser after you completed your main course ( Mexicanized meat in its juices - picante style with tortilla) . I lived in guadalajara at the end of 2019 and the food there was great everywhere. So many wonderful places to eat just everywhere. Sanora's Meats was one of the best.

Amigooo bueno para la próxima te recomiendo mejor el lugar que está justo al lado de K.Garibaldi se llama Kamilos 333 el sabor es mucho mejor pero ahí si se tardan sus 15 minutos, lo único que tiene Garibaldi es el servicio muy rápido que en lo personal prefiero disfrutar del lugar, charlar un rato en lo que me sirven mi comida, saludos desde GDL
