The difference I felt on mine was the on off throttle action in some canyon runs the car felt more planted and there was less movement. I just copped some fender braces and I hear those are a really good upgrade also

Just installed this today. Removing and reinstalling the intercooler is the most tedious part. Your face says it all at around 4:33.. hope I can tell a difference once I go take it for a spin!
I have the torque solutions solid mounts (engine, pitch, and trans) and boy it makes it way more solid. You can feel everything in the car. The NVH goes up.

You need some new shifter bushings judging by the slop in your gear stick. An rear diff support bushings and prop center baring bushes are another good upgrade.
I literally have been thinking this week what motor mounts I should get, stock or aftermarket. Thanks to you Danny I just ordered aftermarket. Can't wait to feel the difference. I will say real quick where you had your GoPro in the sti was great. Most people don't put it there it was neat to see a different view. And as always keep up the good work
Absolutely I installed a kartboy pitch stop and the differences with the stock one are night and day. Better shifts smoother accelerations etc. Not much NVH though which is good.
Great video! I noticed a pretty big difference too. Trans mount makes it a lot stiffer too, and I have cusco engine mounts, kinda wish I went with poly 🤷♂️
Did u install the pitch stop mounts and new clutch line too? I only ask because I read that the oem mounts are garbage and can snap, so perrin made the braces for this mod too... any issues since u Installed just mount or did u do braces too

You are dreaming. There is no difference between the Perrin item and the stock part. It's not possible to feel the difference unless your original item was totally slogged out, and you replaced it. But you got suckered into replacing a part that was absolutely fine, and which has no performance advantage. The cheap add-on part for your car which makes a MASSIVE difference to the feel of the car is a Cusco Brake Master Cylinder Brace. It stops the firewall flexing when you hit the brakes and offers a huge upgrade in brake feel and brake performance. It doesn't require you remove anything to install it, either. Well, at least not on the RHD cars. I think the LHD ones are a bit more involved.

I did this same mod on my old Hawkeye and you can definitely tell the difference on downshifts. It’s a good mod 👍🏼

Front mount is a must. Dont get heat soak from the top mount n turbo bein so close. Get a incabin turbo timer n boostcontrol. Turn dial not digital.

Chris Davies umm stocker junk is rubber and Perrin is stiff polyurethane deff a difference you obviously haven’t experienced this
