I loved this reveal, my theory for season 2 though is that Vault-Tec didn't specifically drop the bombs, and that she's basically saying 'we push for war' and in turn force the bomb drop ourselves

I don't think he became a ghoul. Ghouls don't re grow limbs or have damage like what happened to his foot just repair itself... but what does do that? FEV does, I think the snake oil salesman gave him FEV, and if that's the case, he will be turning into a super mutant.

Keep in mind there's no confirmation they dropped the bombs, there's a few reasons to think Barb saying that was an idea and not confirmed as to the exact plan of what happened and when. The most obvious one is that Barb's daughter was with Cooper at a birthday party when the bombs were dropped. Barb is as high up in Vault-Tec as almost anyone, you can see she's running the meeting for the "shadowy character" up above the room in the window. There's no reason to think Barb would have let her daughter be at a birthday party when the bombs dropped. (If you would say what about the Vault-Tec rep in Fallout 4... He was not high up in Vault-Tec he's literally a door knocker that's hardly a prime position in the company)
I think it's more likely dropping the bombs was one of many of Vault-Tec's possible plans, but in the end it's still not confirmed one way or another who dropped the bombs.
I completely agree, I think it was the plan or by saying ‘drop the bombs ourselves’ could mean by aggravating the war and preventing the peace talks, that way it is still dropping the bombs themselves, she definitely wouldn’t have wanted them to drop whilst her daughter was at a birthday party though so somewhere along the line, the plan somewhat failed I think
I wonder what Hank would say if he knew that Shady Sands was built by former vault dwellers?
Ahhh the guys of Vault 15…. I don’t think he’d care if I’m honest, a lot of these factions / cults think they’re right, and that they’re the good guys, often in echo chambers acting as the main character in their world

This was way better than I expected, wish the halo show had as much faith in its own cannon. Disappointed we didn't see a deathclaw but we know its coming! Had a blast with this show, got me playing the games again.
Yeah the show is phenomenal! And same a Halo show with this must love would have been so good! I’m back playing the games myself after this!
@@BehindTheScreenYT The gore was phenominal I didn't think they were going to do it so much justice! After that ending I wanted to play new Vegas so bad but I want to save it for when they come out with the fallout 3/ new Vegas remaster.

I'm waiting for the remasters myself, Fallout 3 and NV haven't aged very well in my opinion... So hopefully we get remasters soon!
We've both seen TLoU but haven't seen Arcane or Cyberpunk... Might watch them!
@@BehindTheScreenYT I went in not wanting to see V.A.T.S because I thought it would be gimmicky but they pulled it off so well! The ghoul is great! Love it when you can tell the actor is having a ton of fun.
Even if its not channel content I highly reccommend Arcane, one of the best pieces of art from any medium I've seen in the last decade, hardly ever do I give things a 10/10.

Oh we definitely missed this! I noticed it on a rewatch but first time round we missed it 😂
@@BehindTheScreenYTIt’s too easy to miss things like that during the first watching when you’re a big fan!! We get excited and rowdy don’t we 😆 One thing I can say though is when I first saw the episode where “Henry” called Barb and Cooper answered, i immediately turned to my husband and said “UHH HANK IS THE NICKNAME FOR HENRY, is that….” lol.

@@BehindTheScreenYTHahaha! Oh, probably because out of all the UA-cam reactions I’ve seen so far for the show, you’re the ONLY person who (like me) has played every Fallout game. Oops, I haven’t played 76 (unless a couple hours of the pre-release beta counts. Didn’t like it and while I loved mmo’s 20+ years ago, just not interested now!).
I had a good laugh at your all-too-relatable comment about watching it with your wife, except in my case I’m the wife and my husband had no idea what was going on. 😆

I have played 76 but similar to you, probably the least of all the games, MMO's aren't for me either really except Runescape which I go back to each year
I genuinely wish I'd had someone to watch it with that was a fan like me... Poor Lee didn't have a clue what was going on
episode 1 was the end and 8 the beginning.
I think the one nitpick I have about this is that if he took all those Knights out so easily here then why didn't he just do the same to Maximus in episode 2? It's the same type of armour so it has the same flaw I would think.
There is a throwaway line at the start of episode 2 that I think explains this, Maximus talks to Titus about having Tempered Lining… I think that’s why, that and the AP bullet of sorts that he uses to kill all the BoS Knights, although I’m confused as to why they let him monologue and why they didn’t use their headlamps
Becuase Maximus was wearing plot armor in addition to power armor.
