You need to get something like an offenhauser intake manifold so your charge air pipes don't go from the passenger side to the drivers side just to go in the engine back on the passenger side. They flow more air with less restrictions anyways.
I’m surprised the stock fuel system can compensate. I had seen on some forums that around 180hp, was the limit to the stock injectors. Which model of the maxpeeding rods turbo are you using?

Stock ecu with a turbo is a terrible terrible idea.
If you’re not raising fuel pressure with boost you will melt the pistons.
