Why did u use for the holes? A screwdriver? Or was it a Manuel drill?

Use a screwdriver but alternate after you made a hole on one side. In simple words just drill with a screw driver carefully so that the stick doesn't break and switch the sides

yo lowkey next time buy a soldering iron and soak the wood in cold water and instead of using weights fill it with some solder lol idk

Honestly I like that about this design usually drilling a hole for the tang pins splits the blade but just kinda bummed there’s no templates
