Honestly there are way harder things than Genocide or Sans in Undertale. Actually finding Gaster first try and not having to reset is kinda hard.
The true hardest achievement is how many times can you do the gaster door continuously on the first playathrough because you can do it more than once if you're lucky potentially infinite

@muhsantoso3160the door spawn chance is not 1 in 1000, it is 1 in 10. I know which UA-camr you used as source of this info and u misunderstood them. The 1 in 1000 chance is the 1 in 10 + getting the hallway itself to spawn
But anyone can do that with enough luck. Its not really a skill thing
