Thanks. My favorite hacks have the one in your episode on half-in half-out of the water that you had your dog splash in. The whole episode is great. Have you seen the famous photo from years back showing a fish under the water line and a deer above. It's sweet.

Some smartphones can submerge underwater 2 metres max in depth for up to 30 minutes. While underwater housing can allow submerging phone few metres extra deep.

I was surprised to find the P20 PRO is Water PROOF (IP-67), not just Water Resistant. IP67-rated is a good strong waterproof rating. Anything less than that, you're risking your camera.

Waterproof in fresh water.
Salt water, bath water, rain water will damage the rubber seals and corrode the contacts on headphone and charging port :)

It will very likely float. Housings often require added weight to make them neutrally buoyant. In this case, the container holds mostly air and a light phone.
