- This chapter is about visiting 3 castles, until you realize this is ballistae plus reinforcements once again, although the long-range assault is only on the right side.
The only difficult part, well, whether it's visiting the armory/shop, taking out the bosses, or even defeating the 2 soldiers before turn 10, it's always the reinforcement that is the problem. So yeah, this is basically dealing with reinforcements, like what you do in most romhacks.
The bosses are decent, but if you have the right units/weapons, then they are very easy to deal with.
The secret shop here sells bombs, although I have a feeling I might be wasting my funds again, as I might get them later for free as droppable items. Oh well.

The romhack seems to keep presenting optimal solutions to things midway through, here we have recruiting Madari/Evans. The opportunity cost for missing Evan is so small compared to Madari, so the choice is fairly obvious.

Seriously though for now i like the enemy composition, they haven't all just a simply promoted enemy gallore so the promoted enemy feels like an elite enemy.

2:35 zombie versions of characters in vanilla FE are usually just their portraits with a slight tint or recolor (FE5, FE7, Fates, Engage) but this hack goes farther with the portrait to quite creepy levels (Aspira's and Nestrix spawns especially) and the less said about Peirhok's, the better....Come to think of it, the atmosphere from chapter 17 -> 18 -> 19 to endgame gets really heavy with things like Gothen's raid on the city, Prosel beating up Marilyn for lying, Helhein's family issues, Prosel killing Peirhok, etc.
True its gonna get bad real fast, though the only reason it doesn't get darker earlier on is that we don't get to see it.

Prosels march through Gothen slaughter of any opposition is often left at: "He just burned the place"
Alright for the gaiden chapter aka chapter 17x, you have another unit recruitable which requires Melanie to deployed. And don't try to turtle the chapter, it's a chapter that you're not meant to play slow in.
Yep, even worse is that the turn conversation does its best to be as confusing as possible so it's best to disregard it and run for it.
I was expecting you to wait until the boots shop to spend your money so I forgot about the silver.

In the next chapter a dread knight and her team will spawn on your starting point around turn 10 and all your units must escape.

Yes there is, I had morbid curiosity and they talk about faking a fight for their bosses. However the actual death quote appeared so idk if the other appears if you make them fight.
Why do physical characters have high magic state or even caps? Those stats serve no purpose if they don't get any magic totem gain.
For magic weapons like the predator spear and lightbrand.
@@chrosairs7057 wasn't it too heavy for cadence? She has low cons. Those weapons aren't easily available in the weapon shop.
After watching the chapter, and having no experience with the game yet... I'm happy I watched siaoz first as Cadence looks like a Dark Flier bait with all her stats, growths and even her convo with Ruben. Not gonna be tricked now on that end haha.

@@IAARPOTI the predator spear is lighter than an iron lance. Sure they are kinda rare but they are still there and can be bought normally in chapter 19x

One of two things will happen to Perihok: he gets a stat boost while revealing himself as the game's Gotoh, or he dies in a cutscene or smth and comes back as a zombie boss.
