It's interesting seeing how in the early seasons of jungle run it was more of a fun, light hearted kids gameshow and it later became more of an adventure with real stakes (the lock ins felt way more real and serious in later seasons). Alongside prestine set design and theming in the later seasons that's only really matched by CBBC's Raven for kids shows at the time. I still can't get over how much they perfected the set and then it just ended so suddenly, it really needs a revival and one that keeps everything from before and not try to do something different like the crap revival of Raven did.
Jungle Run : Nikki/Sean/Christopher/Rebecca (2000). Round 1 : The Swamp. Round 2 : The Abandoned Camp. Round 3 : The Chasm. Round 4 : The Tomb. Round 5 : The Rapids. Final Round : The Temple.
It’s a bit complicated, but here it is: You begin with a base time of 30 seconds for free. Every 50 bananas you collect, gives you an extra 15 seconds on the clock. That means the Golden Banana gives an automatic 15 seconds.
I think this is one of rarest time all four member get caught and became next challange, thought this mostly only happen in the Dominic Wood era, which was the first era of jungle run
In the Dominic Wood Era, there are a few teams that got caught by the monkeys and they will be locked up in cages as part the next challenge which is always in the Abandoned Camp.

The early series of Jungle Run looks tacky compared to the later series...
Yeah, it looks like Mario Party, Crash Bandicoot, & Banjo-Kazooie games
Wow amazing

Does anyone know what the conversion of bananas to time in the temple is?

Jungle run was a load better with Michael underwood at least then the sets looked genuine and real not cheap like this
