This is truly AWESOME! I lived down the street at the time and was at the Brighton something like 4 nights a week between 1988 and 1993. This really does "capture it". Keep 'em coming! You ROCK!!! Well, yes so does the Magnet! --Lol.
Thank you for uploading this...I'm obsessed with early Magnet and this was exactly what I was looking for! Love the Tab era and the early tapes which I can't find anywhere except UA-cam!
John McBain I cannot wait to see it! I would really love to see some Hater/Well Water Conspiracy/Brotherhood of Electric performances if any of those exists.
I might have lost my mind if I walked into a club and heard 'Tab' being played. Unbelievable guitar work. I am extremely grateful for these videos John. It was around 30 years ago that I walked into Blackout Records in Chicago and walked out with 25...TAB & Spine of God. I hadn't felt that way listening to records since the classic 'Space Ritual'.
This is fkn unreal always love anything McBain did, Wellwater conspiracy and Hater also were tops !! Original MM lineup would have been a trip to see ☮️
My Mang! Big TU for the recent ancient posts and of course your musick! Like all greats you seem to have your 'tone' and a vision from the get go. #righton
love it
Awesome man you rock! Digging the quality too! Thanks for putting this up!
1. Tab 0:00

John McBain was only 24, here. Still a kid.
John McBain era is raddest Thank you sir. I missed 💩 both MM shows (one fronting Rob Zombie) here in Montreal pre your exit
It must have been hard to be a punk or bluesy shoegaze band MM in the late 80’s when everything was about hair metal
