I never understood why some get upset about others’ preferences of Bible cost and style… Sure, the Word is the same across them all, it there’s nothing wrong with liking and spending premium! Just like there’s nothing wrong with going with a lower end one. I agree with your opinion and pros to spending the price once for a Bible that will last multiple lifetimes. I fell in love with my lower end cost Bible, and to get a new one would hurt so much to try and move. I’m so attached! 😂 My entire beginning to end journey in faith is in there. Maybe in the future. :) Love your Bibles!! ❤
I 1000% agree with you, Cat. It’s not that people can’t afford premium Bibles, it’s that they’re choosing to spend their money on other things. I recently bought an Allan 62 Longprimer Sovereign in Petrol Blue. It cost $300 but it was worth every penny. I’m not rich. That’s half a paycheck for me and I have bills to pay, but I chose to buy that as opposed to other things and I’m glad I did!

Anyone who complains about the price of a bible needs to go read John chapter 12! I love that Wellington leather Bible, if only it were in NKJV. I didn’t grow up in the church so your videos have been incredibly helpful to me. I have even started my own writing out the Bible project after watching your videos. I pray for your speedy recovery!
Oh Cat! So glad you’re back on UA-cam again! New Hampshire has had something like flu with variations. I am just getting back to feeling “somewhat normal” after what I think was a sinus infection and flu complications. I never had a fever but all the other symptoms. If you put a cold water vaporizer in your bedroom at night, when your heater is on, the sinus problems will go away and you won’t have a dry mouth. I don’t know if your problems caused by pollen or heat, but it is helpful if it is the heater. Bless you with good health, my dear. You can get it at the drugstore.❤

I had it for a month, should have gone to the doctor earlier, my big ol male cat, Steve got sick mid January and ended up in the animal hospital ICU and sadly passed on Jan 19. I miss that boy so! I was sick on my birthday, could not get in to see my doctor, went to the Minit clinic, no appointments available. I called my husband from the CVS parking lot and said "I can't get in, I'm just coming home to die". Please seek medical attention if you don't bounce back.

Hi have you done anything special or specific to the Natural Leather Bibles you shows (the ones with the straps) I recently finally started used my ESV Compact Natural Leather with strap and I’m wondering how long it will take until it starts to patina and the natural oils come through I love the luck of it being born in often I make sure my hands are lotion, free. However, if I stop removing the lotion from my hands, will that help it to patina quicker ❤
No I never do anything with my leather Bibles if I'm using them more than a few times in 6 months the oils from hands add all the moisture the leather needs. Now if I don't plan on using the Bible and it's going to packed away for a while depending on the leather I'll condition it before I pack it up. But the nature leather like my leather strap one it already a dryer natural leather so any conditioners added to it will only darker the whole leather and change the way it looks. If it doesn't come per smooth & or waxy feeling I only use my hands. Hope this helps. I'll upload a video talking about this it's well overdue so I can better explain exactly what I mean

I am creating my own digital Bible for me - not to sell but because I want a very specific translation and I want it to make my Bible study life enjoyable. A lot of people are like "why in the world would you go to all that work ( ~ 16 months so far as I keep tweaking it). I spend my time creating what I want. You save money for what you want. Praying you continue to feel better Sis. If it is your channel it's your discretion which Bibles you review and share. Yes, a lot are premium, but like you said you save up and go without certain luxuries in order to buy a premium Bible.
Right there are hundreds other Bible reviewers these days and I've already reviewed over 200+ Bibles on my channel with only a small amount being premium. What gets under people's skin is that I actually use my premium and share them. They feel like that's bragging instead paying attention to the message 😒 🙄 but hey that's their strongholds and demands they have to work out within themselves. I am only responsible for myself and my family outside of that.... keeping you all in my prayers is the next best thing I can do for the world 📖🖊✨️🙏🏻💕

WOW! People are complaining???!!!That’s horrible! I know they are pricey, but if they research around, they can find them cheaper online. And if not, they can put money to the side each paycheck and save it for that one bible they have their eyes on. I’ve been wanting like 3 bibles, and they are pricey. Do I have them? Not yet. Am I saving money for them, no. Why? Two reasons. One, is bc I don’t work so therefore I’m not getting money in and two, there’s always bdays and christmases, that’s how I’m getting my 3 bibles I’ve been eyeing on for 3 or less years. And if I don’t get the others I’ve been eyeballing then that’s ok bc that tells me that God doesn’t want me to have those right now, but maybe in the future. Even commentaries I’ve been looking at. Again, I’m waiting for Christmas for those. I’ve had my eyes on the Jesus bible for 3 years and I am finally getting it through the mail between now and April as a bday gift for this year. People need to calm down when it comes to the prices. We all know they are not cheap, and everything is going up except paychecks. We know this. The ones that work, just save your money up or you can ask for them for your bday or Christmas gifts. People like me that stay at home parent, always ask to get these things for your bday or Christmas. That’s what I do and if I don’t get them then oh well. It’s not meant to be at that time.
