You made two mistakes. One,, Take more than 5 days. Layover days,, shorter travel days,, more exploration. If you get so busy with living real and seeing, doing,, being,, that suddenly you have to do the last 18 miles to meet your ride,,,, you did it perfectly. And Two, Take out at Mineral bottom is normal, but,,,,, do the last stretch to the Confluence. It is more, and more, and more. Jet boat back up to Moab. Don't turn right in a canoe through Cataract. (Unless very specially outfitted.)
Looking to go this summer with some friends from Scouts as a final trip as most of us turn 18. Can't wait and your video only makes me more exited.
