Indeed, yes, they have an omnidirectional mic (no noise cancelling from what I could tell.) I actually received mine yesterday, because I Amazon Prime'd them as soon as I read the first announcement article last week. I usually don't like Razer products too much because they're sometimes overpriced with unreliable QA, but I had a fantastic experience with a used Razer Kiyo, so I figured I'd test out the new Razerpods and see what they're like. Basically, I love them, they have insanely good bass (large drivers) but the downside is definitely battery life. In fact, the specs state 3 hours with a 13 hour capacity charging case, which is lower than even the $25 Funcl W1s (3.5hr/18hr capacity.) On the flipside, the small battery means both the earbuds and case are very lightweight, the case is slimmer than the Funcl and similar earbud cases (not as slim as the Airpods case though.) Also, it's weird that the left and right earbuds are reversed in the case, a bit disorienting and strange. I definitely recommend them, but only if you like a lot of bass. For 60ms latency, you have to activate "gaming mode" by tapping three times and holding the third, which baffles me since I'd much rather have gaming mode on by default. Otherwise fantastic comfy bassy earbuds, I love them.
@@vvvios The thing is that having gaming mode on by default would use up quite a bit more battery, which is already pretty short for its class. Also, the better latency likely takes up more space inside the earbuds and is probably the cause of having less room for a bigger battery.
^ Interesting, I didn't realize that! I know the Funcl AI had 60ms latency due to AptX support, I imagine the Razerpods use the same codec. I do wonder what the difference in milliseconds is between gaming mode and regular mode, because personally I couldn't tell a difference (which is actually a good thing, since I didn't notice any delay in either one.) Also the Razerpods are amazingly comfy, I'd take super lightweight buds over extra battery life anyday. Apparently they're lighter than the Airpods which is really neat (and bass is much better.)
I've been using them a ton more since my comment. I think the sound quality is my absolute favorite of any earbud. The mic and battery life might be lacking, but they feel and sound amazing, I don't think any other earpod-style TWS has as full bass. Super highly recommended my dudeskiddidly

Personally I think its for the better that they didn’t put RGB on them, cus otherwise the lightning would draw lots of battery and I dont think lightning is something to prioritize on earbuds like these

@@vvvios Yeah, lightweight is definetly a worthy trade-off, for me especially since i'm not planning on wearing them 16 hours a day. Maybe 3.
