Drumazon 2 Extends The Possibilities Of TR8S Very Nicely | 4K | 2023

- I MIDI linked the TR8S to Drumazon 2 from D16 Group. Then I used Sebastian Bachlinski's "Acoustic Illusion" pattern as inspiration after recording it into the TR8S. Then added my own variations and enjoyed extending the drum machine with this amazing plugin. :)

Thanks
very cool. thank *YOU* for this. this is great. 🙏
Thank you 😁
Nice - sounds great
Was a fun setup. And the plugin allows to rearrange effects in different bus groups and sequences. More flexibility
@@HalfBakedBeats That's fine more flexibility is always an advantage 🙂
Hi, thanks for the Video. As others said, little tutorial would be helpful ;) Where can we find Sebastian Bachlinski's "Acoustic Illusion" pattern ???
Hi. Thanks for the comment. I took the initial pattern from the factory presets of Drumazon 2 / d16.pl/drumazon2 . I might have recorded it from Reaper into the TR8s (or someone could simply redo it manually / might be even faster). Then added a bunch of my own variations. MIDI mapped the controls to Drumazon in Reaper. I sent MIDI information (without any audio) back into Reaper (sent to Drumazon of course). It's very easy to MIDI learn Drumazon once any MIDI device is hooked up. Any other questions? :)
Thank you, now its clear... will buy drumazon 2 today, its on sale ;) !!!! @@HalfBakedBeats
I'm back for more
amazing man! =) How can you set the tr8s to send the MIDI signals to drumazon? was that a lot of work? Do you have to build your own drum rack or how does it work?
Very little work. Basically, turn off that INT SEQ checkbox/button at the top. And once your TR8S is usb hooked up, right click on each parameter to midi learn; and move something on your tr8s. Rinse and repeat for any other controls. You can also save the MIDI map for the future. More time goes into thinking and choosing which controls you'd want to control. :) Painless.
can you do a tutorial about this... I would love very much to hook up my TR8s and do this@@HalfBakedBeats
@@PabloRodriguezwhyCharlieWhyAny particular questions? Maybe I can answer sooner here. (Have a few beat / jams video I'd like to work on instead) :). It's Drumazon + MIDI learn + TR8s with MIDI over USB, pretty much.
Sounds better than the Roland?
Not sure if better or worse, but I do like the ability to extend it with more synthesized sounds, options, configurations, filters and fx.
