Get those burned off with liquid nitrogen! It’s the only thing that works for mine so I only do it with the big ones! I have spots where the sun never shines too. @@momlee664… it’s age, genetics, and sun. Some are more sensitive to the sun than others, but for a lot of us, it’s sun exposure. Well dermatologist admitted that pigmentation or dark spots cream doesn’t really fade the problem but it will lighten only. It will take time to treat. If you used hydroquinone it will make your skin sensitive and make your dark spot worse. I do have a hyperpigmentation , not just small spot but both side of my face . But now they’re lighter. I only use good cream day and night and during the day I will always applied sunscreen 3 to 4 times.

I developed hyperpigmentation over my sinus cavities (cheeks, forehead) after plunging my sinuses with povidone iodine, diatomaceous earth, and fenbendazole (in the winter, so little sun exposure). The pigment literally traces my sinus cavity. I know doxycycline is used for sinus infections, so I'm wondering if a bacterial infection is involved, as we are cautioned against sun exposure while taking it. You mentioned some sort of quinine cream. Doesn't quinine kill bacteria? Interestingly, the darkest areas of pigment on my cheek is under my left eye, the area that clogs the worst. Also, have macular degeneration in that eye, and sinus pressure in that area affects that eye, corneal abrasions from lack of tears during flareups. We really need to rethink what causes melasma.

Now, I also have sun spots or aging dark spots and found a bachukol cream. It is working so far but now I think I have melasma too 😢
I can't afford to see a dermatologist right now. I find that using Vitamin C in the morning and Tranexamic acid at night is helping with my melasma. I, of course, wish it would work faster.

Premium Blood Cleanse Capsules contain Curcumin (Curcuma longa), Neem (Azadirachta indica). These two herbs have anti-septic, anti-inflammatory, detoxifier properties. These capsules help purify the liver, blood and lymph, thereby reducing itching and skin inflammation and balancing pigmentation.

What about the recent studies that topical tranaxemic acid does not work ? Then all the products with it are going to trash, imo… I’ve been using the combination of tranaxemic acid, kojic acid and alpha arbutin for over a year. With absolutely no results. So, you tell me, please…
I have brown skin with hyperpigmentation. Willing to try creams but heard hydroquinone has controversial info re: causing cancer
Try mandelic acid and alpha arbutin serum it's safe. I'm frim the Caribbean with sensitive skin and these work.
I have white skin with age spots & melasma issues. A few years ago, I bought some Palmers Cocoa Butter Cream for my dry hands and feet. It's sold in the ethnic section of beauty products & is targeted at brown skin. Within a month of using, I noticed the age spots on my hands were almost completely gone. I then tried it on the melasma on my neck & face. Now that's gone! I shared this several friends and they all were very happy with the results!
Hi Dr Youn, I love your videos, recently I've discovered a lighter spot on my face, it looks like hypopigmentation.
I have a history of dry skin and rashes (but they are located on my lower body).
I would like to know your opinion, before I book a dermatologist appointment in my area.
Thank you so much for your time.
Ps. I'm 22 years old.

Is 2%hydroquinone useful for melasma?
Hi Doc. Is VT REEDLE SHOT WORKS ON HYPERMENTATION AND MELASMA??
Alpha arbutin and mandelic acid for brown skin and it's safe
where to buy this Youn cream, youn moisturizer and serum? Dp you have online delivery?
How about the Alpha Arbutin?
It works really well for some people.. if you have deep melasma it won't work well
You didn't talk on hyperpigmentation from acne
Yes! I was waiting for this one !
Basically it's click bate !! Because they don't have a answer, especially for Black women. ❤
@@sbss924 *bait. And I find that chemical exfoliants twice per week along with wearing sunscreen daily helps me with fading acne scars. On days that I don't exfoliate, I apply an alpha arbutin serum in my nightly skincare routine. Just never use the serum on the same day you exfoliate!
That's what I was here for
@@sbss924it’s not clickbait, he gave great suggestions and they can help if you’re consistent for anyone regardless of skin tone so what’s the issue ❤
I was prescribed hydroquinon for skin pain.
I got a prescribed 4% hydroquinone and used it religiously on my hyperpigmentation and sun damaged skin. It barely did anything for my skin. I went back to Vitamin C and other slow progressing skin care for help. Just my luck!

Same. Used the 4% and it did nothing except irritated my skin where the cream was applied.
Where can I got this cream
Prescription hydroquinone did nothing for me. IPL was the only procedure that worked.
White spots due to old age is disturbing me mentally.. could you pls suggest s remedy for it ,??
The vitamin c serum is what gave me the weird brown spot on my face to begin with..didnt have it til i ran out of my usual serum not containing any vitamin c and used a backup with vitamin c in it ...big brown spot on my chin now like an oversized freckle.
I’m Confused which one I have to Use it????,I had MeLasma
How long càn use the hydrokinon??
Yes i hsve one on my face Not too much.
But how do i have them on my upper legs where i never have sun.
Mine are fefined spots. Idt melasma
Great advice! THanks.
Good comment.
What of spots from acne
Tranexamic Acid and other BHAs/AHAs, soft or medium chemical peels work wonders. 👍🏻🤗
Laser treatment. Works wonders!!
How do you use the licorice .
I'm currently using the cleanse but there's no foaming. 😒

I need this 😢
I have KP on my upper arms and butts and thighs , 😢 please tell me how to treat them? 😢
I have the same issue, use alpha hydroxy acid cream, go to Dr drays video and watch how to get rid of KP, I had it for over 50 years and no Dr helped me with this KP until I watched her, my skin feels like a baby bottom 👍
When I stopped processed food and bread got rid of mine. No creams helped.
Amlactin 12% body cream daily at night, glycolic acid body 5-12% wash 2-3 times a week
I had it on hips , sides of knees, elbow , back of my thighs ,even my lower legs. Amlactin and exfoliation really helped a lot
@@carolchocho425i was deficient in vit d.after taking vid d3 it helps a lot.
What about sun tan ?? My tan is not going away it’s been years and clearly see the difference
I have hyperpigmentation around my eyes and forehead. It’s not too noticeable with foundation. However, I went to Santa Monica a few weeks ago to get injections in my granulomas ( from permanent filler) and after a day on the beach my skin looked terrible 😢 I used to be able to by that cream on Amazon but couldn’t find it for the life of me.
I didn’t know that it was removed. No wonder I couldn’t find it lol
Naturium has topical tranexamic acid with kojic acid
It has grainy texture and causes severe irritation
It did nothing to me over the course of a year. Waste of money.
Im struggling hyperpigmentation caused by face shaving im girl i always shaved my forhead chin and near my ears and all these erea turned into dark im really sad
What about hyperpigmentation in people of color from scarring?
What about hyaluronic acid creams or retinol? Will they work? Your creams are too expensive for me.
Good comment. Those cream are good too. However can be expensive to depends on the brand. If you have it to purchase Dr.Youn beauty products do so, if you can of course. I think he has videos talking about those serum and cream too. Ty for reading my comment. Subscribe.
6:20 not the Belo brand LOL it didn't work on me.
What are small patches of red spots?
En q estado esta tu consultorio

Thank u Doc
We called it baby brown 😃
Very interesting.
It makes my melasma darker so I stopped using hydroquinone.
I had molasses

I don't believe they are related to sun exposure. I only see them on older people
Thats because they were in the sun. Older generations never had skincare routines or used sunblock.
Just use calamansi very cheap and natural.

Triluma does work, but 1) it's very expensive 2) not covered by insurance 3) and can cause cancer.
Preventative is the way to go.
Greetings from Redondo Beach 🇺🇸🇺🇸I’ve been using hydroquinone for over 10 years now. I only use it occasionally when I have dark spots caused by dried/cured dark acne scars. Now, I also have sun spots or aging dark spots and found a bachukol cream. It is working so far but now I think I have melasma too 😢
The sun is wonderful but can be so harmful to us
I can't afford to see a dermatologist right now. I find that using Vitamin C in the morning and Tranexamic acid at night is helping with my melasma. I, of course, wish it would work faster.
Grate a yellow onion, strain, and use the juice to work
