When i first tried yoga, i thought it was boring and i was doing it all for gaining a particular body shape. I hated it and couldn't stick with it. Years later, i tried yoga to deal with cptsd and loved it! I loved it so much that i do it daily for at least five minutes. Since taking this up, I feel better and was shocked to learn that I gained the body shape i was going for years ago. Amazing!
“It’s not enough to just have the idea that I want it, you need to fall in love with the process too, you need to respect the process” very powerful words that applies to so many areas in life. I really enjoy your content ❤
I just start doing yoga for 3 months i feel lots of change to my body, muscles and health. Thank u so much for your videos that inspire and motivate beginner like me to keep practicing yoga every day!
You are such a beautiful soul, thank you for this! I am currently getting deeper into my practice (today is 120 consecutive days), and just recently started using props. I was resistant to this before for similar reasons to those you described. I also have found myself striving for goals (getting closer to splits), so thank you for saying what you said in this way, it really connects and helps. I enjoy your videos and find them very uplifting and inspiring, and I am grateful that I found your content as I am stepping further, more mindfully, into my journey. ❤🙏
Hello Justin! Thank for your kind words and for sharing! This is so amazing that you are sticking to your practice and I am so so excited for you to continue exploring it’s depths! 🙏🏻😍
Oh this one made me laugh a few times .. your facial expressions. You speak as if we too can tap into our whispering bodies secrets with fun and yum 😊 love your shares. Much appreciated, as always Mollie
Love your personality Mollie you are so funny. I am currently trying to get back into yoga after falling off it last year, currently on day 7 of practicing everyday so far! I will definitely keep these mistakes in mind. You have such a great way with words. All the best ❤😊
Thanks Mollie for this video and all the videos you posted. One question I have is how long did it take you to develop the proper breathing technique with yoga? I seem to struggle with that. Thanks 🙂
Thank you for your kind comment and your question! I am still always working on improving my connection with breath, but I feel like it took me one or even two years of consistent practice to create a strong relationship with my breath awareness. You can definitely add pranayama practice to your routine to be more proactive with improving the quality of your breath!
With consistent yoga practice your body becomes itself - I love that Molly
Yesss it’s so true!

Hello! Thank you for your comment! I don’t currently listen to any podcasts, but I find Adam Keens videos on UA-cam very insightful:)

Hi Molly! How are you? Will you be uploading yoga flows on your UA-cam channel? 30 minute yoga classes?
Definitely thinking about it! What style of flows are you interested in?
