I just subscribed to your channel . I actually love doing these workouts I have a Pilate bar and I use it daily. You can really feel it in your arms when you're working out. I do what you're doing standing up instead of kneeling because it hurts my knees to kneel But standing up helps my balance kicking my leg back you can really feel it in the glutes. This is one of the best little exercise equipments they ever made. Everybody should have one. Mines purple. I got mine off of the Temu app. Less than ten dollars. Love it 💜
It really is a fantastic piece of equipment and so reasonably priced ! I do love the bar and how versatile it is… good to hear you do to !! Have you seen the 28 Day Pilates Bar Challenge on my channel ??? Enjoy 😉 xx
Absolutely… you choose how often although our bodies love to be challenged in different ways and variety can be a good thing for our minds and muscles xx
Ok- I tried these but the biggest thing that was hard for me was the weight on the wrists holding the bar while doing planks. Am I doing something wrong? ( I’ve had two wrist surgeries..)
Hi … it does require a lot of wrist flexion & is v challenging. It doesn’t mean you are weak , it’s important to listen to your body. You can do those particular exercises without using the bar/straps and still fill the ‘work ‘ in your body x Keep up the great work xx Enjoy 😉

what counts as one rep when it comes to the single leg stretch?

How do I know if my straps are right length? I’m trying these moves but not feeling much- straps too long?
Hi 👋 … you could try pulling the straps through the bar and tying knots further up to shorten them and add more tension. Hope this helps.
