Although I think Parvati is actually underrated as a mastermind. Russell actually seemed more impressed by Amanda he called her a woman Boston Rob. I think Amanda's problem is she is very strategic, but she sort of wants to pretend she is Colby. Parvati said that Amanda wanted to be good cop and which made Parvati bad cop by default. However that might have helped Parvati.
I think she could've won either China or Micronesia (she played decent games in both) if she just owned her game more rather than apologize and be too nice/soft with her final tribal approach. In China she, along with Erik's vote, could've had votes from Jean-Robert, Denise, Peih-Gee, James and Jaime (6/7). In Micronesia she, along with Erik, James and Ozzy's vote, could've had votes from Cirie, Jason and Eliza (6/8). A shame she didn't do final tribals well because she's a great player and one of the more underrated legends of Survivor. Literally making it 39 days two seasons in a row is not an easy thing to do, which is why I have so much respect for both Amanda and Russell despite their flaws. I don't think I would've been able to handle 39 days back-to-back.
I mean yeah Parvati was just the better player but honestly Amanda can work some magic on occasion so mad props. This was probably my favorite season of them all.
I can truly see her winning HvV had Candice not flipped and Sandra went with the heroes. It would’ve been 5-4, Parvati would’ve gone home at 9, russel at 8 and Danielle or Jerri at 7 or 6. Candice and Sandra could target Amanda but she could easily take Colby and Rupert to the end as goats and win
Ariel Marcasote they were originally putting Parvati on the Heroes and Candice on the Villains but they swapped at the last minute because Boston Rob didn’t want to be on the same team as Candice
I feel like Amanda would always be the runner up of this season. Because she was so tight with ozzy and i do think they both intended to go to the F3/F2 together even if she was in denial about it, and he said that to Parvati the FTC. And he’d prolly beat her.
The wrong thing that she does in this season is take parvati instead of cirie since i think he's on the same level with parvati when it comes on how the game played... i think he pick parvati since when she's in china she did not win since she was a cutthroat and backstabbing strategist... now she takes parvati to prove that she was loyal and get their votes so, i think it backfire. i really think she got this win when i see her win final challenge... sad she takes parvati where parvati is really a strong level where she is as strong as amanda or even better than amanda in the whole season, so i didn't regret that parvati wins since i think she deserves it too but i regret amanda picking her instead of cirie to win this season. still parvati is deserving and a great player too.
I want to see her return for a legends season too however I don't think Todd will ever return he has never been considered before I think winners at war was probably his only shot at returning he didn't even get a call for it I think that they'd be afraid to ever bring him back again because of his alcoholism they wouldn't want to be responsible if he relapses
Neither will ever return. Tood was a great player, one of my favorites, but after china he became a alcoholic and went on doctor phil. He is sober now and happily married and would not want to go though that again. Amanda has totally disconnected herself from survivor. She got a lot of hate after hvv for turning on parvati and losing in 2 ftc. She wont play again. Its sad but true.
