As someone with an autoimmune disease that causes hair loss, this video really struck me emotionally. Most hair playing videos are for actual hair and not for wigs, so just hearing it really connected to me. Thank you for always having such a wide perspective on people of all walks of life. And yes, knots in wigs are so horrible! Thanks for taking the time to help me comb them out.

Even if you can’t pay for a therapist, you should practice breathing exercises even when you’re not anxious, it helps prevent panic attacks or control them a bit better. Inhale 5 seconds, hold for 5 seconds and then exhale through your mouth for 5 seconds. (The timing depends on your lung capacity so you just have to find out what works best for you). I’m a guy with pretty long hair, and although I like it this way I sometimes get some unwanted comments from other guys about it. I really like videos like this because it’s so unusual and really refreshing to feel like someone is complimentary of my hairstyle, so thank you gibi! I can already tell this is going to be amazing 🙏
I'm a guy too. I once tried to grow my hair really long and didn't get a haircut for 12 MONTHS. It didnt't even grow longer than 2 inches. I guess those people are just jealous of you. 😂

This is such a weirdly specific thing, but thank you so much for including the sound of the brush actually going through the hair once it's detangled!! I feel like so many people only use that kind of tangly sound when doing hair brushing in an ASMR video, and I feel like in a lot of cases it's because they're just rubbing the brush against a surface off camera or I'm just hearing the sound of whatever surface is underneath the wig, but it makes it sound like the brush is just running over the top some tangles and not actually brushing them out. I'm fine with that sound provided I actually get the satisfaction of the brush running through smooth, detangled hair after, but when there's only that harsh, tangly sound and then they stop and are like "okay I'm done brushing your hair" it just makes me cringe throughout my whole body. Lmao I'm exhausted so idk if this comment makes ANY sense at all but basically thank you for doing hair brushing the way that my ears and my brain like it 😅
...I know that because brushing out a wig is kinda the whole point of the video it would be kind of hard *not* to include that good good sound but still it is absolutely necessary to all hair brushing ASMR and I don't hear it enough

I’m really thankful for this video. I have really long and thick hair and due to mobility and MH issues my hair often ends up in a matted state. I know this is more for wig styling but the knotted hair and the patience brushing it out really really resonated with me. Thanks Gibi x

Hey to you guys, I finished secondary school last year; my year 11 was the government guinea pigs and all that and I'm pretty sure you guys have it similar to what I did- in that case, I believe you'll be okay! I mean shit, I was on a 2 and 3 in Language and Literature, failed my mocks horrendously, and came out with a 7 and 8 while having undiagnosed HEEEEAVY dyslexia. Saying I struggled through those damn GCSEs would be a grave understatement but I passed everything pretty well, with teachers who absolutely fucking loathed me so I swear, just focus on what the exam answers' criteria that the examiners check off. Outsmart those bitches and bastards and don't let them best you!! You're nearly done, I believe in you
Also if you do end up without the grades you need for college/sixth form courses you want, a lot more people than you'd think have resit courses in their schedules. With apprenticeships you can be a little weasel rat and just kinda.. get it from the employer, if it's not done by a huge company, but I found C&K Careers was actually kinda helpful, as much as I hate to admit it, so do make sure to take or seek any help in your further education. And if you didn't know, you don't actually have a legal requirement to be in education for those years after school until you're eighteen :P

When my mom, or anyone really, would brush my hair, I vividly remember getting so many tingles. This is definitely one of my new favourites!

I just wanted to say how much I appreciate this channel. My friends and family make fun of my habit because of how hypersexualized asmr tends to be. I try to convince them it's not about that for me, it just helps me destress and relax but they don't believe me. I really appreciate artists like Gibi that keep it classy.

I work Shifts and I often struggle to fall asleep in prep for Night shift. I play your Videos and I am asleep in about 10 minutes. Have dropped my cell phone on my forehead a few times though. Fell asleep with fone in my hand and it lands smack....On my forehead. LOL
