Had a nice 12 lb bull huss at the bungalow slipway in the dark, after the cod. Years ago. Last summer I got bogged down well over my knees at the reefs whilst crabbing below the sea defence repairs. Boggy but the toilets are along the prom and handy for a clean - up and fish from the van and car. Nice fishing Wayne.

Hiya Wayne I always enjoy your videos your a down to earth guy and show what you're doing and how to do it, I've only ever been sea fishing once on a boat at Minehead on my birthday and was the only person not to catch anything so would love to go with or just tag along with someone like yourself

Hi Wayne I’ve had some very good fishing at blue anchor I use to go down to broken wall far end of the rail crossing had good cod whiting conger bass ect but there is an sewer outlet not nice but I’m sure that attract the fish to that area, I gave up fishing the wall, anyway love your videos as I’m house bound at the moment and your videos are on my local fishing ground can’t get enough of your videos and so looking forward 😮to many new ones, I wish you the very best for Christmas and new Year 2024 and if your mad like me you will be fishing Christmas Day, 🌲look luck Wayne 🍀

Bloody hell Wayne,
I was there Tuesday afternoon / night tide 12th Dec.
All I had was the bloody doggie fest, there was a couple of others next to me who mad a 9lb conga and had to land it on the steps.
I also fished at the Hinkley point, on Monday 11th Dec next to the Gate by the power station.
I had a 5lb thornback ray there, My very first so PB for me.
When was you at Blue anchor for this video ????
I was a little further down from where you where, behind you when you was sitting on your box explaining your rig set up and got squirted from the rag worm. lol

The Gopro footage was fine, and the volume level ok too. A shame you didn't get any big fish, but you didn't blank. I hope you did better at Minehead. I really should make the drive up from Plymouth and fish some of these easy marks again. I used to regularly before diesel got so expensive. Keep up the great work Wayne 👍

Question … would there be any advantage for an average caster like myself in using say a tronix competition rod and if so which one would you recommend. I use a fixed spool reel and fish relatively clean ground and am looking to upgrade to a couple of nice rods. Thanks Guys take care 👍🎣🎣

Hope the stiff neck is better - you seemed to manage the overhead thumps on the reels without a birds nest. I did have to google what a Bukakke party was - took me a few goes at getting the correct spelling - so my search engine history on the works laptop is making a splash - rather like your ragworm!
