I'd look into the Explorer ST or ST Line depending on what you're after. Had a Tundra, an F150, and now in the explorer ST Line. It's perfect for my needs. Price, MPG and enough towing capability (trailer/dirt bikes). Also loved my X5 M Sport but the whole summer/winter wheel setup was a pain and maintenance as well. So far the Explorer checks all the boxes. Good luck and happy hunting :)
I was in the same place a year ago, with a 2019 Mustang GT Premium PP1 and a 2019 RAM Bighorn. Traded them both for a 2021 Ford Explorer ST, loaded. I have had no issue and love the power.
I'd hate to see you sell the Mustang, especially since you looked for it for so long, but I can certainly understand the $$$. I'm paying around $1,100 for two, but luckily the Mustang will be paid off in December. If I were to replace it now, I'd probably be looking at a Maverick, especially if they offered a ST version. It is just enough truck for my occasional needs and nice enough for the family. But if we have to replace my wife's vehicle, I'd certainly look at an Explorer since she wants a third row again. A ST would be my preference on one also. Keep up with the videos and good luck on your decisions!
I like the ST. I did a few bolt ONS and a tune and it was a beast. However I would keep what you have. The Mustang is a great track car, you have the F-150 to haul the kids around in and take on vacation. Get a hard tonneau cover for the F150 for storage
Definitely the Explorer ST! I had a mustang GT as well and had surgery that made it hard for me to get in and out of it so sadly, I let it go. Ended up with a 2020 ST that has had a couple random warranty things come up but nothing major. So far, no regrets!

I think you should get a Ford Expedition it has power and space or you could get a Toyota 4Runner it also has power and it has many seats depending on the trim level you get. Good luck

Loved that too BUT missed having a truck so bad that I traded it in for a 2018 Ford Raptor and now I am real happy! 😁 Get rid of the Mustang but keep the truck is my opinion!

Obvious choice for a man with good taste. FORD "LIGHTNING" PRO TRIM. This will off set your fuel costs on the Bronco. The $40,000 starting price and zero to 60 in mid 4 seconds, faster than cobra mustang. I also missed out on ordering but was fortunate enough to find a Lariat extended battery for sticker. I have to drive 250 or so miles to Tennessee and the truck will be ready in 6 months! Best of luck with your endeavors
The best family car I had (2 times) was the Ford Mondeo Wagon (Fussion in USA). Got them from 2003 till 2018. In the Netherlands (Europe) you don’t see many big trucks because of the gass prices (about 10 dollar a Gallon)

Had 2017 Explorer Sport and loved it. January 2020 traded i5 for new Explorer Limited. November 1, 2020 traded Limited for new 2020 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Z-71 RST loaded because Explorer was piece of JUNK to put it mildly. Two year olds could have done better job and I was a Ford guy for many years and not a Chevy person. People say bas things about Chevy trucks but I absolutely love my truck and it is a quality built vehicle.
I understand you want to cut cost, my car note is over 500 and i hate it. I would however keep both the F150 and the Mustang, espcially the Mustang as it took you so long to find it and it is exactly what you wanted, you may never find another one again due to it being rare.

The Ford Explorer ST is an awesome car but probably not the best for UA-cam. I think X5M or X6M is the way to go. Maybe a Range Rover. But depends how much of priority is UA-cam. Because the mustang and f150 work for UA-cam.
Why not sell the Mustang and keep the F150? It’s basically an SUV with a bed for hauling. If you decide to get rid of both and go for an SUV I highly recommend the Explorer ST. I lease a ‘21 Explorer Limited fully loaded for $435 a month with no money down when I turned in my leased ‘19 Explorer XLT. I know some like to hate on Fords but there’s good and bad in every make and so far I haven’t had a bad Ford product yet…. But then I don’t keep a vehicle longer than 3 years.

You’re a mechanic. I would keep the mustang, get rid of the f-150 , buy a semi newer used SUV, ( Cayenne, X5 or Range Rover Sport) old enough to make insurance cheap you can maintain it more easily , offer you functionality you’re looking for. You don’t need a brand new car.

Ya. Makes sense, I currently have the explorer ST. Great car and great power. But, would a Macan be a good size? My wife has a Macan base model and it’s amazing handling wise. Handles way better than my explorer ST and the S model would probably be on point power wise with the Explorer ST.

Not many people losing money on trucks. I recently made an 8k profit on my F150. But I bought a Tacoma afterwards lol.
I drove my '21 tundra for 13 months and sold it for a $10k profit.

Don’t get Explorer. Get the Chevy Tahoe with the Duramax diesel. It’s super amazing & it gets 29 MPG.
