Your explanation is very good, simple and direct to the point! but, I remain with 2 questions: 1. Why the date is treated like qualitative? 2. If we "count distinct" a qualitative column (a dimension), will it become a new metric? Thanks in advance for the attention and time!
Amazing explanation which relaxed me so well after searching for more number of videos to understand it. It'd be great if you do more videos on Business Intelligence and Data Visualization.
you are doing great! just and advise: make the bell icon at the end of the video better and... if you give that part some motion, people will pay more attention to it and you will get many more suscribers :) Thanks!!!
@LearnBI is this more typically phrased as 'Measures and Dimensions' ? (I see the 'Measures and Dimensions' terminology used in several popular visualization/analysis tools)

1. Because it describes a point in time
2. The column won’t become a metric but the result is a metric, yes

Metrics and measures are interchangeable terms 👍🏻
sir average is a metrc?
Good question. Average is not a metric, it is a method of aggregation.
any upcoming video?
Yes! I started uploading again a few weeks ago 😁
Can date be a metric? Isn't it a measure of time?
Date is a temporal dimension. It is not a metric but can be used with a COUNT aggregator to count the number of dates in the field.
