Grass fed is actually better, as is unsalted. So low quality grain fed salted butter can be significantly worse for you than the good stuff.

yooo dude, I'd like to share with you a similar recipe that my late father taught me to do: - Cover in a nice bread coat some chicken thighs/pork loin with semi-cured cheese inside and fry it until cooked (it has to be juicy inside) - in a different pot you fry some onions, green and red bell pepper and mushrooms with some black pepper, one small chilly (chilly powder will do), a laurel leaf and when almost cooked you add either water (halal) or some sweet wine (I used to do it on summer so I had in my house so I had Manzanilla from Jerez) so it doesn't burn. Once reduced, you add passata of tomatoes for 15 minutes and then you add milk cream. - Finally you add the meat and let it rest for 5 min so it absorbs the sauce and you serve it with chips or whatever you want This is a recipe I used to do some years ago with my family which I used to cooked for everyone at my family's restaurant (I'm not a chef ofc) that my father helped me do after we tried something similar in an Italian restaurant and told me he could do it way better (he did). Damn I miss him
Grass fed butter is nice but you should at least switch to ONLY Pasture Raised eggs. 108 square feet PER hen vs like 2 feet squared per hen for free range, cage free, etc.
