As a Bangladeshi Bengali speaker, I'm almost certain that native bengali speakers can easily pronounce pretty much any type of sound because, every sound can be spelled in Bangla Bornomala. No that is not what he means. Kolkata uses standard Bangla means that Kolkata does not have a distinct Bangla from the Bangla we read in the books. Bangla was standardized based on a Bengali dialect spoken in Nadia (WB) and Kushtia (Bangladesh). For example when we write Bangla we spell it as "Kamon Accho?" and in Kolkata we say Kamon Accho. In Dhaka the Ch sound is used as S and might pronounce Kamon Aso. That is what he is saying. So standardization of a language is done from a pure Academic stand point so that Bangla can be taught at school and so that Bangla has only one spelling for one thing otherwise we will have many spelling of the same thing.

The OP video is good explaining why Bengali sounds sweeter but to make outlandish claims that West Bengal dialect is the standard Bengali dialect is inaccurate. West Bengal itself have varying dialects according to regions, the closest to standard Bengali is spoken by the people of murshidabad and all Bengali literature uses a standardized dialect originating from East bengal (which is modern day Bangladesh). Bidyasagar have been able to standardize alphabets and introduce foreign Sanskrit words. The only advantage is that Bengalis can easily grasp Hindi/ Urdu by listening while hindi and urdu native speakers don’t understand Bengali unless they make an effort to learn the language. Ps. 15:44 Bangladesh was never part of india, Bengal was an independent state but lost its independence during the 7 years war while it sided with French against the British. Before 1947 independence, Men such as Sher e bangla fought for an independent Bengali state but the Hindus of West Bengal refused such an arrangement because they would have become minority in an independent Bengali state even though they were the most educated and were wealthier. So Sher e Bangla then advocated to join Pakistan instead of being clustered under india like the British did. West Pakistan (present day Pakistan) exploited and repressed East Pakistan (Bangladesh) so people revolted to establish an independent state for Bengalis, Bangladesh.
@Dhrubajyoti Das Akand bharat? You mean bharat when it was in Bronze Age or something? Lmao India as a unified nation only exists now because the British clumped all the states together. Indian civilization never had a unified ethnic identity or culture to keep being a United nation. So yes akand bharat is just wet dreams of extremist Hindus and fake Bengalis like yourself.

There are two part of bangla....one is a state of india...name west bengle and another bangla part is bangladesh which is a country...once upon a time....before 1947 bangla was together....there are about 26 crore people of bangla........ 16 crores in bangladesh and another 10 crores in west bengle.
@Cojak Rap ua-cam.com/video/j7F0iT56hn0/v-deo.html Bangladesh was never part of "India" (India became a separate entity or a country in 1947) since it had already split into India and Pakistan (East and West). According to the British India Colonization (the brits!) terminology, Bangladesh and West Bengal (Which is in fact part of India post 1947) and eastern part of India was generally referred as a clustered "East India" or "Bangla". Since West Bengal (and eastern part of East India) later merged with actual country India in 1947, we can say some part India was actually part of Bangla! (AKA Bangladesh post 1971).
No offence but to me 'kolkata bangla' is the most cringe dialect of them all. It's a personal opinion of course and I find the artificial stresses in their accent. And if anything is to be called 'standard dialect' it should be the colloquial accent used in Bangladesh (mainly Dhaka, not native 'puran dhaka' dialect ofc) in regular conversation which is naturally understandable to all the bengali speaking people from east and west both.
Love the reaction. Could you please react to “Saari Dunya by Bohemia from Coke Studio Pakistan 2020” last song of the 13th season, but they didn’t call it season 13, instead they went with “Coke studio 2020”. Because of the corona virus pandemic.
The video maker is comparing Bengali language and alphabet to hindi language and alphabet. He is NOT saying Bengali’s write one thing and pronoun another word. If you are not familiar with South Asian language history its not going to be easy to understand.
He is not a Bengali speaking but his analysis is true, except the bidya sagor part. British make the attempt to formalize bengali again in 18 century with the help of hindu sanskrit pandits :v thats hilarious. Bcz those group initially backed the british rule
its false! bengali developed at the era of Bengal sultanate of 13-14 century :) what Vidya sagor did was including more sanskrit words to bengali to give it a more hinduaised form.
Exactly and no one is talking about it.Even we are the one who represent Bengali all over the world not Indian Bengali. Our country name is Bangladesh which means the land of Bengal where Bengali lives. But the youtuber is Indian that's why he just showed only the hindu Bengalis though he used Bangladeshis name to make people understand about Bengali Dialect. But he never said that Indian Bengalis are still not free. They are rulled by Delhi while Bangladesh is a Independent country. And bidyasagar didn't do anything just had added some Sanskrit word to Bengali. Jogdish Chandra Bos,Jibonanand das all are Bangladeshi not Indian But since they are hindu the youtuber just hide theire nationality and said only they are hindu. How mean. This is rediculas.BTW what can we expect from Indians.
Hi bro since you have a dedicated UA-cam channel on my country Bangladesh so you may research how to pronounce the country properly. Non native people used to pounce like bang la desh. The first part is wrong. Its not Bang at all. Actually I think in English we don't have any words that has similar pronunciation. The first part is more like this Baa + aang then La Desh. So its never like Bang that 99% foreigners pronounce. Its always something like ba + ang then La + Desh. Here you should pronounce baaaaaa part then omit a and try to produce ng part baaaa+ng then la desh

আমি বাংগালী। Ami Bangali, that's mean I am Bengali..
If you listen to South Indian and North Indians language have different origins. South Indian is far older with far less influences from outside India. Pronouncing many of those words is very difficult
In our country Bangladesh in every District you will find a different language.
I've just come across your channel, and i see that you actually react and pause which is what reactors are suppose to do, i thank you for that. I would be honored if you would heed my request of reacting to Surah Yaseen by Mercifulservant to whom other reactors have reacted to, I'm very interested in yours. If you would do so i thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Bengal was originated from modern days west Bengal. Bengalis in India speaks standard Bengali language.
Lmao
India as a unified nation only exists now because the British clumped all the states together. Indian civilization never had a unified ethnic identity or culture to keep being a United nation. So yes akand bharat is just wet dreams of extremist Hindus and fake Bengalis like yourself.

Ram is an Indian god. Rama is his name in sankskrit
That was nose ring like ear ring.
These are traditional bengali jewels.
By the way girls actually wear them only on theire marriage ceremony.
oh that's interesting.

কোরিয়ান মতো বলে 😂😂 4:16
Rossugula is a sweet made from milk protein.
Bengali language is sweetest in world. Then Spanish, Danish
Bengali lag is in U N
India
Rama was lord Rama, hindu god Rama, the seventh avatar of Lord Vishnu
When you said bangla sounds kile korean, it is said that another of Koreans are decendents of an Indian princess I think modern day Kim family name.
We want reacts on songs from SR101 Official !!❤️❤️ It’s fireee🔥🔥🔥
Thus Ac1d stoic can rap so fast.
I'm from Chittagong who can barely speaks Chittagongean 🤣
its false! bengali developed at the era of Bengal sultanate of 13-14 century :) what Vidya sagor did was including more sanskrit words to bengali to give it a more hinduaised form.
