I Remember Ann Wigmore making the point of ONLY growing wheatgrass in mineral-rich or worm-farmed soil. Yes a worm farm. THEN later came the studies showing that those small tray wheat grass shot HAD NOTHING in them, none of the nutrients or vitamins or minerals etc. Remember those juice bars? Well on the Wiki page, they detail how they tested those small soiled wheat grass trays...they showed that it wont have the same thing. Grow your wheat grass on mineral-rich soil, NOT TRAYS.

John, do you know if the void carafe system is compatible with the new Vitamix Propel 750?
I believe it will because it does not use the SELF-DETECT (chip-based) technology that is in the Ascent and Venturist models that do not allow aftermarket carafes to work but I have not had any customers use it with that new model yet.

Each option have their own set of pros and cons. For some reasons the Biochef is better than the Void Systems and vice-versa. If I was buying one for myself, I would honestly get the void systems kit. Why? 1) faster vacuuming due to dual pumps 2) fully enclosed in Lid, no separate lid/pump 3) carafe has sharper blades. Of course the biochef is great because it costs less, and has a longer warranty on the carafe, although the void system has a longer warranty on the pump.

Omega juicers are garbage.. Their customer service sucks also.. Mine lasted one year until the plastic casing broke and they would only replace it by charging me shipping.. Friggin junk
