Great content, thanks. Where does the new Digital Contact Centre fit into this?

Thx Clive! Around the 10:50 mark I start to address it. Basically the Digital CC platform is based off of D365 with various modules (like Nuance, AI, ACS, Teams integration, etc.) that you can select to use or not.

Great video and for sharing great and upcoming product of Microsof Teams contact center with integration to advanced and planned functionality on Dynamics 365. Hope the pricing will not be prohibitive for small organisations and nonprofit.

Why is the Power Model deeper integrated, when i am force to have a second UI / client? is that not detaching again the Software from Teams Collab? From what I understood with Extend, I can live with one single client -> MS TEAMS?

Hi M G, the Power Model isn't out yet - there are no Teams Certified contact center partners using it today, so it's a roadmap item. I suspect it'll be even more deeply integrated than what Extend offers, but we'll have to wait and see what the differences are based on provider integrations. I agree, Extend model provides really great integration to Teams today, so curious how much better Power will be.

Excellant Channel on getting Digital Collboration Platform Information. Currently does Microsoft VoIP have any option to enable Incoming Extension Dialling like the one that exists in PRI world? i.e. Company has a set number of PSTN lines (Like PRI has about 20) which then enable Internal 4 digit extension for example. Customer calls in 416 999 9911 (9911 assigned to marketing users) and then either by name selection calling or by dialling 8881, 8882, 8883 he tries to reach internal users A, B or C. - We currently have Direct Routing PoC running at our work and I can't seem to make this happen this in our telephony dashboard. Thanks

Thank you Satinder and welcome to the channel! Appreciate the kind words and your question. Are you a fellow Torontonian by any chance?! 😀 We do have extension dialing in Teams phone for internal users to call each other. I also know that if you front end calls with our Automated Attendant you can dial by extension or name. Your use case of mapping DIDs from a PRI using direct routing, I’ll have to confirm. Send me a message on LinkedIn and we can get in touch. Thank you.
