Ladies and Gentlemen, since the ultimate duo has finally returned to JJK, I figured why not get the yuji and todo of this youtube shit that being me and aero to givNow if this was obviously the Aoi Todo from Shibuya, then surely he wouldn't even be anywhere near the top of the least. However this is NOT the todo in Shinjuku Showdown. After finally making his appearance to the final battle, we see that his Boogie Woogie has been revised and he’s now on another tier of power. If you couldn’t already catch this man with his normal clapping now imagine pretty much that x50 per second. It's something that Sukuna not only can’t adapt to, but we even see the king of curses being outsmarted by Todo pretty badly. Sukuna mind you before this has dealt with everything that’s tried to press him pretty comfortably, but now after being put up against Todo, he can’t adapt or even outsmart him. Todo himself probably has the greatest battle IQ in the series, having 53,000 IQ on its own is pretty ridiculous but we see in combat that he is someone who keeps all possibilities in mind. And the thing is you can’t even say Todo just got faster as we see him blatantly drawing blood from the king of curses, which makes sense as even Todo believes every fight makes a sorcerer stronger regardless of the outcome. And on top of all of this, using a domain isn’t even a guaranteed win since he can negate the sure hit with a simple domain. Todo is a goddamn monster and in terms of hand to hand combat, no one on this list is touching him. However, even with this in mind there is a chance Todo still falls to the likes of Yuta Okkotsu. Not only has he had the narrative backing him up on being the second strongest modern sorcerer the worlds got, but we see during his brief battle with Sukuna that he was able to break through Sukuna’s hollow wicker basket. This to me should mean that Todo's simple domain prison wouldn’t work but to be fair we do have to see how to respond to someone using a domain, which we may get in the next few chapters. But with the likes of not only Thin Icebreaker but curse speech along with even cleave? There’s just a lot of ways for Yuta to put Todo down more than Todo has for Yuta. The problem though stems from how Yuta actually fights since, in character he usually tries to jump with Rika and can do so for about 5 minutes. But for Todo this is kind of an advantage since he now has an extra party to use boogie woogie to catch Yuta lacking more often.

I love Todo but we haven’t seen him go one on one with anyone strong. He needs to have a partner to be able to put full use of his boogie woogie
Todo is the ultimate suport character.
He doesn’t necessarily need to though, boogie can swap with anything with CE on the battle field. He could try to create weak shikigamis and curse tools to increase the versatility of it at all times. The thing he’s lacking right now is offensive power, that’s why we see him fight with partners so far since he only shown to fight against people he couldn’t permanently damage. This can be improved upon with the right special grade tool

Sukuna was struggling, yes. But...
Yuji was there and he was the main hitter plus Todo was keeping his distance with Sukuna. Boogie Googie shoulnd´t work as well in a 1 vs 1.
Todo has no real feats aside from kicking Sukuna in the face while Yuji hitted his stomach. Hakari just gets teh jackpot starts to attack and the moment he hits Todo he slams him to the ground and doesn´t let him clap.
Maki folds him and base Yuta and Rika win.

thats the list that makes the most sense
No slander towards Maki but in Shinjuku the only time she damages Sukuna is when she off guards him with a durability negating blade. When they had their 1v1 she didn't manage to hit him once
She also threw him due to his momentum, she never overpowered him

My problem with Todo being so high is how does he actually defeat Yuta, Maki, and Hakari in an actual 1v1? Firstly, he doesn't have an ally like Yuji helping him, so the utility of his new Boogie-Woogie is very nerfed. Unless he can also do these crazy fast switches with objects which he imbues CE into, but those can't attack so the heavy hitters can just ignore everything else that switches. And someone like Maki has no CE so he won't be able to switch her. And you can't imbue another person with CE as far as we know. But more importantly, how does Todo hurt them in a 1v1. Todo hitting an extremely weakened Sukuna and making spit out blood once is nowhere near enough proof that he can do any good damage to the heavy hitters. Maki tanked multiple Sukuna black flashes, Yuta was hit with slashes and attacks over and over from a stronger Sukuna and healed it off and Hakari would heal instantly in Jackpot. Meanwhile, if the heavy hitters hit Todo even once he is at least in critical condition. Maybe not Hakari, but definitely Yuta and Maki with her SS katana. Also if they damage Todo's vibraslap, Todo is cooked.
We know Sukuna isnt getting significantly tiers of power weaker throughout the fight because his speed and AP consistently remain (roughly) relative to Yuji throughout the entire fight. At the start, yuji had low end relativity in speed, needing yuta to fight with him to hit Sukuna. Later in the fight as Sukuna gets weakened and when yuji awakens, Yuji is combating Sukuna with almost complete relativity. Todo in terms of AP performs similar to this yuji, which means todo MUST have relative AP to hurt the big 3 since they all scale to Sukuna in AP just like Yuji. This is to say:
Todo ~ Yuji ~ Weakened Sukuna ~ Maki ~ Yuta ~ Hakari
Also, todo isnt getting hit by them under normal circumstances. Yes his technique is better with other people, but Sukuna clearly describes that what makes the technique impossible to predict is attributed to how todo’s ability to change the conditions of how many switched per second, and not how many people are involved. This is corroborated by todo’s short bout with mahito before yuji gets involved.
@@halointernet4906 Just because Todo is getting hits in due to the new Boogie Woogie doesn't mean that he is doing big damage. Yuji could be doing 10x times the damage Todo is. And the only reason Todo can even hit Sukuna is because of his technique and because Sukuna has to deal with Yuji as well. And the difference is that we have actually seen Yuji fight Sukuna in a 1v1 and land blows. If vibraslap Todo was in 1v1 against Sukuna I doubt he would land any blows on Sukuna at all. He would still be annoying to deal with because Todo would swap with objects, but he would pose no threat. I understand if Todo just got stronger overall because of the typical shounen battle creep, but he is very reliant on his switch gimmick and fighting with a heavy hitter like Yuji who deals the big damage.
@@nikjovan4816 the chapter shows yuji and todo hitting Sukuna at the same time in different places of Sukuna’s body and do relative damage.
As I have explained, the confusion of boogie woogie is not significantly hampered by only having one person because Sukuna literally explains that is not what makes it impossible to adapt to, but rather how todo can change how many times he switched places from one tap of the vibraslap.
@@halointernet4906 Yes, but in a 1v1 setting switching 50 times won't do much. It will be confusing, no doubt. But he can't use it on Maki because she doesn't have CE. Or he would hit Hakari a bunch in Jackpot, but Hakari would heal easily. Yuta would pop his Domain Expansion, Todo would have to use simple domain, while he and Rika attack him and if his simple domain get broken he gets hit with Jacobbs Ladder. And he can also only fight Yuta and Rika with one hand and if his vibraslap gets damaged it's over. Yuta and Rika also share vision, according to Gege, so him switching them won't be as big of problem. I am not saying Todo's isn't strong, his utility with the vibraslap is crazy and annoying to fight against, even for Sukuna. But he just doesn't have the tools to put these guys down in a 1v1 where he can't use someone as a decoy. Or the others can counter him. And in a 1v1 he doesn't have Mei Mei crows. Even if he switches 50 times with objects the heavy hitters would just ignore the objects and focus on Todo.

@@HeresyInquisitor It's actually rather likely for Hakari to get a jackpot, the house is favoured to win after all. Plus with RCT Todo isn't going to be able to do lasting damage to Hakari before his Cursed Energy runs out.
And that's not to mention that Todo wouldn't be much more physically stronger than he was in Shibuya, who is physically inferior to Shibuya Yuji, who is relative if not inferior to base Hakari.

Boogie Woogie is actually to OP. Best utility technique without a doubt
Todo is a strong sorcerer, and with his upgrade, easily a candidate for strongest grade 1, even above the likes of Kusukabe, naobito, and yuji. However, the heavy hitters are NOT losing to him. Not any of them.
1.) Yuta. Cursed speech is a perfect counter to boogie woogie.
2.)Maki has no CE, and todo swaps with CE. His disorientation wouldn’t even work on her anyway since she has precog.
3.)Hakari is just at a disadvantage against Todo, but still wins pretty soundly. The constant downplay of him is actually irritating. Hakari is constantly at every point vulnerable to boogie woogie, but in a 1v1, Hakari is just too strong and fast for todo from what we’ve seen. Hakari blitzed Kashimo to an incalculable degree. Claiming that he was losing to Kashimo is just not really a solid understanding of how the fight went, or how Hakari has been portrayed. Hakari fights to his opponent’s level, and when he got serious, Kashimo didn’t land a single hit on Hakari, meanwhile Hakari was throwing Kashimo around with ease from that point on. He’s too fast, and too strong for Todo, and todo’s hits wouldn’t even do anything to Hakari anyway. Hakari has currently survived being ran through his stomach 3 times, having his arms removed 3 times, and nearly having his brain obliterated. As much as Hakari is a punch and kick merchant that everyone downplays, todo is just not as impressive with his punches and kicks.
Let Todo clap so we can swap him and Hakari around. Todo > Hakari is insane.

I say in the video Yuta probably wins so idk why you brought him up, but it’s not as easy as saying Don’t Move as he needs Rika to use copied techniques and then that opens up boogie woogie, and her ability to predict via CE is something advanced sorcerors (like Gojo) can do. It’s the fact that the constant switches are near impossible to read so just saying Maki precog is ridiculous. And Hakari only outlasts if he can constantly rip jackpots and i don’t think that him possibly getting lucky makes him stronger than Todo lok

@@Nah_id_win_883 Naoya blitzing all over the place is not the same as having her and her target constantly repositioning in space lol. She dodged it because he has to point before he does it. And Yuta isn’t going to pop Rika and spam cursed voice because todo is so strong that risking it would be like with Hanami where you hurt yourself, and Yuta and Rika cannot one shot Todo. He’d also have the ability to block out Yuta’s own voice (as he has to HEAR the speech in order to be effected) with his own by constantly talking or yelling over Yuta. Inumaki only caught him because he was totally off guard, but Todo mentions he is confident he can beat all the Tokyo students at once unless they bring Yuta.

Sukuna stated that maki was the only one who truly roused his hunger, implying she was stronger or at least doing better against him than anyone else, she was the only sukuna was forced to use black flash on twice and even after eating arguably the strongest black flash in jjk she was still able to briefly contend with sukuna. She's taking it as the strongest
If freshly awakened Maki can adapt and react to Naoya's CT then sumo amp Maki definitely catches on and just kills him, in a 1v1 there aren't many things he can swap with effectively since Maki has no CE and cant be swapped
If am gonna be real. The todo glazing is crazy cuz 50 claps per second is good but its one clap in 0.2 second, and what else was as fast if not faster, mahitos domain activation speed and hakari's domain is also stated to be faster than that. And he basically has not even that many feats to talk about.
So my list would be like this

@@AeroFlame even if you argue hakari can't land a single blow(even though with the help of the train doors, reserve balls and the information sure hit would allow him land atleast a couple of blow) todo still has no way of killing him due to the lack of powerful output moves or attacks and we have not seen enough of todo's feats to put him in the top. And due to majority of todo's attack are blunt force hakari's jackpot will easily heal him.
@@hilariousguy6163 people seem to have forgotten that humans beat each other to death all the time. adding in more objects with cursed energy just grants todo more boogie woogie targets, and he can now boogie woogie multiple things at once. Hakari being immortal won’t allow him to do more than land a few hits, and unless he constantly hits jackpot which is giving him a LOT he won’t be able to outdo todo in a fist fight
@@AeroFlame even if we say that todo can damage hakari (which is likely ) he would need a bunch of punches to do that since hakari would have a high amount of endurance and even base hakari would be able to go toe to toe with todo since hakari had fought uraume in base inside his domain and did not get instantly obliterated. And him getting multiple jackpot isn't unlikely also. We still don't know how much reserve of ce todo has and how long he could fight against hakari who would be getting his injury and stamina refilled everytime he either uses jackpot or pseudo-spins and the fight could go as long as they want. This also depends on hakari's battle style. In base if his opponent is far weaker he will play around and if they are reletive he would take him seriously from the start, and would mostly allow them to hit him if he is guaranteed a jackpot. In jackpot he would in relentless offense due to the stat amp and inf ce and rct. Due to his ct and combat style is why hakari's battles are so long the kashimo fight only lasted 6-7 chapters is only because of the water and also why hakari's fight with uraume is still going on. So it would most likely be a fight of attrition and hakari would be stronger in reinforcements to todo with the information we have now.

I see a lot of people accusing you two of glazing, but I think Todo being second is a valid take. He’s literally untouchable without a domain expansion’s sure-hit.

So, I get why a lot of people are mad that Todo is above Maki and Hakari, but in terms of speed and power his one showing against Sukuna puts him above them. If he can trick Ryomen Sukuna, he can easily trick anyone in the series with Boogie Woogie. I think that maybe Hakari should be over Todo for his Domain Expansion, but in terms of speed and power, Todo and Yuji are above them, being able to actually damage and keep up with Sukuna, and in Todo’s case, not get hit once. Also, if Sukuna was gonna use Domain Expansion to deal with Boogie Woogie, you know his technique is a problem.
Todo shouldnt be anywhere near the rest. The sukuna that he fought with yuji against is the weakest iteration in comparison to maki and yuta. We even see how much sukuna isn't really trying against them as he backhands yuji out of the way when yuta comes back, whereas with maki sukuna is invigorated enough to be given a "purpose" and land black flashes which would drastically outscale todo's ap. We don't even have solid AP feats for todo since sukuna is already bleeding and its hard to tell whether todo is even drawing blood.
But but... he damaged Sukuna that one panel where he attacked with Yuji.

His upgraded Boogie Woogie hard carries him, he has the lowest stats among them by far, and the version of Sukuna he’s fighting is the weakest version of Sukuna in the arc by far)

Todo is my all time favorite in JJk and i strongly believe he will be up there in relativity to the other 3, Yuji, and Megumi sharing the title of the strongest (based off of some statements Gojo has made), but i do not believe he is there right now.

This because with his way of interpreting, Todo is stronger than Maki and Hakari and is almost on on same footing with Yuta. As stated in the manga, Kusakabe is the strongest first grade meaning that Kusakabe is stronger than all three of these people and is somehow top 10 in the verse.
todo is 4th and its not close at all. His whole technique is reliant on jumping and he has terrible physicals compared to maki and yuta. He just hasnt shown anything to even be put in the same tier as these three. He also doesnt have RCT so he'll just be outlasted by all 3 of them
People defending Maki completely forget that the only damage she did on Sukuna was when he was off-guard and when she tried to fight him head-on she wasn't able to do anything against him.

This is a weird ranking for so many reasons, todo literally loses to maki bc as we kw, the only requirement for boogie woogie is somthing with a certain amount of cursed energy, so it would no longer work on maki just her tools, and she can easily beat him in a fist fight there no question there (saying no one on this least is beating him hand to hand is an insane claim), the best he can do is stalemate hakari, and same with yuta except yuta has so many methods of attack it could very easily overwhelm todo, i get the arguments in todos favor but u guys are neglecting the arguments against him and it doesnt paint the clearest picture of his capabilities, without a yuji hes not even taking down a mahito or anyone on that level where as anyone else on this list probably could

The problem with Todo is that he has no AP or Offensive capabilities to put anyone here down. Drawing blood from Sukuna isn’t that impressive everyone has done that. Kusakabe did it, Base Yuta did it, and Maki did it. But his AP isn’t of a caliber where can say he can beat Maki or Hakari.

Dam the todo downplay in the comments is wild. He has the AP to damage Sukuna, which means he can hurt all the other big 3. In terms of speed, his boogie woogie allows him to tag Sukuna easily without getting hit himself. All the big 3 can’t hit Sukuna unless he is offguard or through hax. Sukuna has higher battle IQ and adapt feats than all the big 3 and still gets tricked by todo. Todo can hurt the big 3, cant get touched by them, and would outsmart all of them. It’s honestly silly to suggest he isn’t on par with if not above the big 3.
