Could the phospholipid of mitochondrion membrane be reinforced by beneficial fats to prevent circular Mt DNA to get out into of the cytoplasm of cell ?
Seed oils damage mitochondria.A 2002 study from Italian scientist measured the energy generated from mitochondria from4 fatty acids.Saturated animal fat produced 100% and was given the baseline.Mono-saturated fat was 115% is was surmised that it's molecule structure was such that the opening was in the middle of the molecule and was a easy snip to have 2 shorter stable saturated fats.Linoleic Acid/ Omega 6, the most abundant in seed oils, polyunsaturated fat, only produced 50% energy and Linolenic Acid/ Omega 3 only produced 20% energy.Study is sighted in Dr Cate Shanahan's book," The Fatburn Fix" also view Dr Chris Knobbe UA-cam videos for further understanding of the negative health effects of seed oils.
That's excellent information. So you're saying that even Omega-3 PUFA restricts mitrochondrial function? I heard that it was good at stopping heart disease, but I didn't realize it slowed down metabolism. That's wild.
Seeds can go through the digestive system when they're not bitten into and pass through the digestive tract intact. An issue with making seed oil is that it could release salicylates oxalates and lectins, which can also be reduced when removing the peels, skin, bark roots and stems of plants.. in other words steering clear of that which damages the host plant or infringes upon the fruit growing. However fruit is designed to be eaten so that the seed can be spread by the consumer. The defense mechanisms are primarily for the host plant and so that the fruit can grow and spread the seed which is facilitated by a consumer, even though there are other ways to spread the seed such as dandelions or such as in coconuts floating in water to spread around wait

Age, age, age. No, the biggest factor for a lot of the diseases these guys are talking about is diet. Alzheimer's has been suspected as being diabetes of the brain. There is a chance it's neurological dysfunction due to insulin resistance of the brain. The guy at 4:00 says that aging is by far the biggest factor for other diseases like heart disease and diabetes. Yeah that's bullshit. The biggest factor by far is diet. The more sugar and carbohydrates you eat, the more LDL oxidation and glycocalyx degredation that occurs, which leads to atherosclerosis and arterial plaque (heart disease). Diabetes is directly linked to insulin resistance, which is directly linked to carbohydrate and sugar ingestion. These guys are working on the noble cause of prolonging life by reducing mitochondrial dysfunction, but they're way off the mark on age being the main cause of disease. Diet is. There's tons of research available to back that statement up.
2 weeks on intermittent fasting and my crp gone from 14 to 6.9 I have severe ra and meds don’t work. Neither 20 years of different diets didn’t work.I am on methotrexate and cimzia. Fasting worked.

There are also researchers who say, well, that is so good as long as those who live longer are the ones we want to live longer. Research into living longer should begin with what we put into our pie hole. Imagine we have a 350 lb person who wants to be a professional tennis player and the coach never mentions weight is a factor in performance and as a result, unless the person is willing to stop eating and work out each day his "dream" of being a professional tennis player is just that, a dream.
