Aww! Thank you so much! 🥰🥰🥰
That looks awesome!! I’m going to add this to my list of tumblers to do!
Thank you 🥰
@@KristisCustomCreations I’m stuck on this tumbler. My lines don’t don’t come out like there supposed to at the bottom of the cup. A few things I think is different. I’m using a 20oz skinny and I think that’s the same as your tumbler or the pattern size of the stars are different. I’m using the same size tape as you but it looks like my line under the starts is to far away and I thing that’s because I need 1 more row of stars to fill in that gap and at the bottom of the tumbler, the last row is opposite of the way it’s supposed to. The gap line is at the bottom of the cup and don’t have enough room for the last stripe. Hope this isn’t confusing. I think if I redo the starts and add another row that fix my problem. What do you suggest?
It’s gorgeous!!! Great job!
Thank you 🥰
Amazing job! This is flawless!! New subbie here 💛

Beautiful!! The song was kinda weird though 😂 but the tumbler was amazing
This is great! How big is the square of stars?
I don't remember exactly but I think I made the the rectangle approximately 4 inches long
Beautiful tumbler! Thank you for the tutorial, going to try it now. What size were the stars?
Absolutely gorgeous!

Thank you 🥰
That’s amazing! I love the 8 ball. It’s all out though. Do you think a gunmetal would work?
Gunmetal is not super dark but would probably work. I should be getting more 8 ball in in the next couple of weeks.
@@KristisCustomCreations thank you so much!!!
Can you give me an idea on how I can do a black flag but no glitter??
I would like to make one for my brother n law?
I'm actually making one right now with no glitter. Instead of using glitter, I mixed a dark gray/black mica powder in my first coat of epoxy and put that on over a black spray painted base. After that, I put a second coat of epoxy on the cup and it is now ready for the Stars and stripes just like in this tutorial. I will paint that part solid black. I hope that makes sense.
@@KristisCustomCreations yes! thank you for your help
@@Jules4ofakind you're very welcome!
The cup is beautiful but need to figure out how to squeeze in all 13 stripes
Ok, I have some questions. I have struggled to the point I’m going to pull my hair out! Lol. When I do my tape lines I end up with to much space at the bottom of the stars I have gone through about 1/2 a roll of tape trying to figure it out. I think the problem is I’m using a different size tumbler, maybe different size tape and the star pattern might be different. How do I fix this problem so I’m not getting so frustrated?
What was your measurements for your stars? This is turning out to be so much easier than I thought. Thank you
I had the Stars measured out at 3.978 in wide by 3.127-in tall. You are so very welcome!
Thank you
@@KristisCustomCreations thank you!
Do u sand between coats of epoxy?
I sand after the the second coat of epoxy and that's usually enough
I love this and hope to replicate it exactly. Can you please share the Google link for the flag? I can't figure out what to use.
I just found a random flag on Google and used my silhouette program to trace the stars. There are lots of great ones available on Etsy too. I honestly don't even remember which one on Google that I used. 🤷🏼♀️
@@KristisCustomCreations thank you !!!!
@@dianevanderlaan9523 you're very welcome!
Hey so I got a serious question. I've been making tumblers for a few months now and I'm having trouble getting them perfect. I am a perfectionist and I'm so worried that if they're not perfect no one's going to buy them. So is there such thing as a perfect Tumbler. I mean they are handmade
I am a perfectionist also but these tumblers are all handmade and they are bound to have some kind of small imperfection. It really depends on how big the imperfection is and how lucky your customer is. The customer definitely needs to understand these are handmade items that can have sandal imperfections. I've seen some Tumbler care cards on Etsy that pretty much explain that. Might be good to throw one inside each tumbler you sell.
@@KristisCustomCreations My my main problem is small little bumps. Maybe like 3 on a tumbler. I literally tell myself seriously.
@@lizmcdaniel5635 if they are tiny then I would just make sure your customer is good with it. We are often so hard on ourselves as crafters and we overthink every tiny little flaw because we are proud of our work.
@@KristisCustomCreations Exactly. Thank you 😊
@@lizmcdaniel5635 you're welcome!
I have an order for 2 of these, but assumed it was a decal looking at the picture of them. Could you just do a decal for the flag rather than spray paint?
Yes, you can do it with a decal also 😊 I just found that taping it off and painting it was so much easier
What size did you have the stars?
How would you add a blue or red line for first responders.
I am actually a first responder (in real life 😜) so I love this question... There's a few different ways you could do it but the easiest way would be to go in with some double-sided sticky tape and add a blue line in the middle with blue glitter. I hope that makes sense...
@@KristisCustomCreations do you think its to girly for a guy because of the glitter?
What kind of epoxy was that you used again??
It's called Swiftpoxy from www.tumblerpoxy.com 😊
Thank you!!
