Everybody has seen at least one episode of "CSI" and similar TV shows, and therefore has some idea about the proper way to gather evidence. Even the people that were looking at the scene after the fact made sure to pick up the bullets with a pen, as often seen in "CSI" and other such TV shows.
Leaving bullets behind at the scene -- not to mention the car door -- is not something that would be done in a legitimate police investigation

Next is beating that system that has been put into place to keep people of color divided and oppressed. Avoid self destructive behaviors. Be mindful of everything you do. Don't make babies you have no intention of caring for. Don't lay with women you have no intention of keeping long term.
Put your money back into your own communities. Invest in your future. Stop making others rich.
Take advantage of the grants and scholarships that are available to you because of your color. Vote! It does not matter if you think it counts, vote anyway.
Reunite with each other. One of the biggest set backs is the fact that so many homes are absent of the men that should be there. For every female that is tainted there is another who is not.
Participate in activities that encourage the youth to live a positive life. Donate to people like Phil instead of buying sneakers. If you have ideas for inventions, send them in. They may be valuable. Purchase books from authors who are speaking about the issues that affect you. Take advantage of you rights here on this soil. With the way things are going, some of those rights can be reversed.
They can kill one of us in front of others. All we do is sing about injustice, then go back to our non productive way of thinking. We go right back to toiling master's feild. How about we plant some seeds in our own yard.

But changes were made and that's the main thing. I do know my son can walk anywhere in this land without fear of being killed by the police. we've had plenty of troubles with police but after the death of Stephen Lawrence changes were made. We had the Macpherson report which said the MET had institutional racism. So why can't the forces over in the US admit the truth to make it a better country for all no matter what race you were born!
