would u possibly consider doing a coverage showdown video of your fav drugstore/high end concealers up to date vs. the tarte shape tape? i really like how some concealers have looked and performed on you but tarte has been the only concealer that has concealed my circles, so i’ve stuck to it! i think it’d be cool as tarte’s known for the coverage, but a close dupe would be awesome!
I hope you found your dupe. I love the tarte concealer but it's too drying. I tried the e.l.f. camo hydrating concealer and I can honestly say it's a close dupe to tarte.
Great video! Do you ever let your concealer sit for a few minutes before blending it out? Jackie Aina always does that and it gives the product more coverage, because when you blend it out right away it sheers the concealer out and it spreads more. When it’s set a little bit it doesn’t move around as much and provides more coverage. I would love to see you try that and share your thoughts on it, because it works for me and other people that I’ve seen do it!
wow so i finally tried this concealer and it’s amazing. it doesn’t settle in my fine lines but unfortunately sorta dries out over my textured undereyes. can be salvaged with fix+. but it makes me look alive! i was previously using the nyx can’t stop won’t stop to correct with the nars radiant concealer, but this is actually a nice one step concealer.
I have SUCH a problem with dryness and crepey, wrinkles RIGHT in the exact spot where I have my dark circles. I dont' have a problem with the creases on the outer eye as much. I do own the Becca corrector. I may try it without the powder and see if it stays smoother . It does look like it does a nice job covering without a thick cakey formula, Thanks for the review!
I have started using a *YELLOW* corrector! My art student daughter advised it (colour wheels etc.). The yellow is far better at cancelling my undereye than the peach. My circles are very dark circles (I suffer chronic pain AND I don't sleep or eat well) and was finding that the peachy corrector wasn't working for me 😞😞. But the yellow corrector is fantastic 👍👍😊😊😊. Just a thought that you might want to try, xxx 💕💕💕xxx
This is basically what the it cosmetics cc cream does for me ! The foundation is so color correcting for me because of the yellow and green they put in it

Questions: Do you use under eye primer when applying under eye concealer or prime your face and include the under eye area with same face primer? Would you say the no color powder you set your under eye with - you use for your face too? Is this setting powder the same as baking ?
Do you think the damp sponge works better for the setting powder than a brush? Also, how often would you have to wash the sponge if you’re using both concealer and powder with the same sponge?
I like it better than a brush for setting the under eye area. I wash it every time I use it, which is probably too much 🙈 But I have a few so I just rotate ☺️

Oh it has worked for me too, even for concealers I thought would never work on me
That trick works so good ..... I don’t blend up anymore . I blend the outer eye portion and lightly after the concealer sets . It’s like magic lol
