Best scene in the movie. Ajax feels huge and heavy, intimidating and implacable, which is sorely absent in the comic-book punch-ups later on. But there's something else I really like: its pilots show perfect restraint and professionalism. Most popcorn movies would paint an antagonist authority figure as a psycho ready to pop off with deadly force the instant anything irritates it. The kid piloting a glorified lunchbox got away from Ajax twice and even made them reboot, but they're still just like, "Stop, you don't have to do this." I get the impression they might even -- gasp! -- have a bit of respect for her.

I like how November Ajax gave them many opportunities to surrender and even after disabling them, it humorously tapped on the cockpit of Scrapper gently even though it could've just ripped them right out without any remorse.

Oh you little-
2:59 I love how he knock. >< So cute by the way.
I love it how November Ajax moves like the jaegers from the first film and then they just forget that thats how they should move for the rest of the film
Pacific Rim: Realistic
Pacific Rim 2: *Haha. Funny Beep boop robot go Brrrr*
Uff, what I really liked from this scene is that they refered to the Jaegers as living beings instead of just suits being piloted by complete different people.
November is the best looking jaeger in this movie. Wish we saw more of him.

Them: How much time will it take to reboot the system.
Captions: How much time will it take to read Buddhist system
3:20 I love seeing November Ajax doing that face like: what???
November ajax is like a father trying to stop his daughter from a sugar rush.
I like that Ajax is realistically heavy like the first movie, and he’s not like, “computing, exit jeager immediately” he’s like, “seriously? Stop and get out now”
2:44 Power down this is your final warning
Alright, let's go.
Master Penguin look what you did to my jaeger

Bruh.
He wasn’t the one smashing it all around the city and crashing cars while rolling around and having it slam down at the beach.
