me diga uma banda em que o eloy entraria pra ter uma repercussão maior. vcs estão subestimando o tamanho do slipknot, nao existiria hype se ele tivesse entrado em uma banda menor, desconhecida ou brasileira, seja realista! tb diria que o novo baterista do slip não teria repercussão no Brasil qnt o eloy né, isso é uma junção das duas coisas. o slip tem base na bateria e o no vocal, basicamente, o resto da banda não é tão relevante, na minha opinião. o eloy e o corey serão os protagonistas da banda agr. agr imagine outra banda em que a batera seja tão relevante. eu nao vejo!
@@EltonLima00, cara, eu tô comemorando essa contratação, empolgado com tudo isso. Mas não é absurdo fazer um contraponto. Fico lembrando da ida de Kiko Loureiro para o Megadeth. Foi algo sensacional, certamente projetou a carreira dele internacionalmente. Mas, por outro lado, era uma banda que não dava a ele a mesma liberdade criativa que o Angra. Pode ser que Eloy encontre uma situação semelhante: muita projeção, relevância internacional, mas, talvez, menor liberdade criativa.

dude, casagrande is the best metal drummer in the world, maybe the right question is if casagrande chosed the right band for him, not the other way around
Problem is: Lars will lure Casagrande to fill his shoes on Metallica. Lars hav seriously arthritis and back issues. He wants to retire and Eloy is by far his pick. Two years ago Lars had some chating with Eloy and... not sure if he'll stay with Slipknot for too long.
Problem is Lars is Metallica. If Lars retired, it will no longer be Metallica even if Eloy is the drummer.
Also you don’t need Eloy drumming skills in Metallica…
@@tonamg53 Lars have stated Metallica won't put an end to their careers. He may play once in a while but his arthritis seems to be getting worse. Hope Eloy wave it.

I don’t know why but she seems like a perfect fit for Metallica.
She’s no Eloy but definitely a lot better than Lars as a drummer.
@@tonamg53 that would be a game changer and nice move. It's sad to see Lars these days... he can miss easy songs like Until it Sleeps and Sad But True... Eye of the Beholder would make him cry. Used to have a video on YT of Eloy playing Metallica songs.... he nailed and even improved the drum parts.
I know he has tinnitus, but not arthritis. Can you point to some source? Because i haven't found anything related to arthritis.
