I purchased it for 9000 But it's Amazon sale and it's 8500 Better then Morphy Richards. Costar is small and very handy machine.quality is cheap. Mostly steel but ( I wish it were better )

This Costar espresso model is Chinese model which sells globally by the name ST-695 B. In Jaipur ,where I live one of my known had this model and I just loved the taste of it cause I like bitter coffee and in terms of coffee taste I like it better then Agaro imperial ( which is also Chinese ). Both are good coffee makers but Costar is Small and cozy and I find it cute .so for me , Costar wins 🙂

And if you want even better then Delonghi dedica is best ( but expensive ) Costar does the job for me .because I have tasted cafe coffee day and Starbucks both.this makes the coffee like it ( except the latte art which requires lot of practice )
What is the portafilter diameter?
The filter basket of 51 mm fits in it . So I assume it's 54 mm diameter. It holds not 18 grams but 14 Grams in a double espresso shot.
