Haan aur crema isliye bhi hai kyuki pressurized portafilter hai .coffee malgudi ki hai isme 20 percent chicory mix hai. Coffee arabica hai . Agar grind size powder size hota hai to coffee bahut intense hoti hai.isliye iska grind size course hai.

Hi.thanks for trusting me and asking for information. The wonderchef brews coffee at slightly higher temp ( greater than 93 degrees )making coffee taste a little bitter.the costar and agaro brew at approx 91 so the coffee is more pronounced and has better body and acidity .so you get better coffee in both machines . Morphy Richards I don't recommend because I like 20 bar pressure coffee . Inalsa ( no no ). Go for either agaro or costar . Agaro is too good but I like small and cozy and costar occupies less space. The best espresso maker is Delonghi dedica .it's similar to costar.comes at 19800 when the price go down I did a lot of research and tasted a lot of coffee and I also returned three of the machines just to get the best coffee machine .😂 Well costar won for me and the size is also small .and it supports bottomless portafilter ( which supports 18 grams of double espresso) which also fits in it.

Yes...😊🙏 I will After Diwali I will make a video on blue takoi coffee which I find the best .its very intense.currently I use malgudi filter coffee as it contains 20 percent chikory so it's good for health and gives a distant taste .when guests come, I use moka farm coffee beans so that they can feel the restaurant type taste 😉

so what is the pump life will the company repair the pump after its out of warranty as it is a rebranded chinese product. Also i want to know about the temperature gauge does it show the temperature
The details that I gathered from the company was that it brews coffee at 89-92 degree Celsius. It doesn't have temperature gauge. It's actually a pressure gauge. But you can't dial in the settings. Overall we don't get many options.which is good and bad both ...good as it's easy and no gimmicks or tricks , bad because it's not personalized. Pump life needs to be checked which Time will tell . One thing I like is the taste. Which matters to me the most. Tried agaro, wonderchef. But this one is cozy and makes better tasting coffee according to me. Well, the taste is subjective,some people might not agree with me

Temper is 51mm. Actually it's a Chinese product with model STB 695 rebranded as costar cosmos 20 bar espresso.makes decent espresso shot if you know some espresso stuff . The Puck filter screen I use is 51 mm 😊🙏

Yes.the puck retains water and it's necessary. Watch James Hoffman ( Cofee God ) video on you tube that why it's necessary to have some amount of water left.to reduce excessive air pressure build up . Yes I will make a video soon after the 27th of Oct. Thanks you
And yes in Double shot espresso, our Portafilter uses 13 grams of coffee and if you use a Bottomless portafilter, it uses 18 grams of coffee ( just the right amount and goldilock zone ) And if you use a puck filter, then very less amount of water is left and the coffee puck becomes like a dry cake.will also make a video on it soon

What is the portafilter diameter?
The filter basket of 51 mm fits in it . So I assume it's 54 mm diameter. It holds not 18 grams but 14 Grams in a double espresso shot.

It makes Espresso JUST like StarBucks...but cappuccino is a bit difficult to make just like Starbucks. Because the Americans like to drink the coffee at a drinkable temperature. Also the Indians like me like to drink tea and milk super piping hot. But the chemistry of the milk changes after 60 degrees celsius and causes the change in the flavour of the milk ,they like to call it egg like Taste . But personally speaking, Indians like that cooked milk taste which Americans and Europeans disagree with . So once I made the cappuccino just like Americans did with cartoon milk of 0.4 fat. I froth the milk in the milk frother and double shot of Aspresso and YES IT WAS THE EXACT TASTE like Starbucks . It only happened once . I use MoKKa farm coffee beans and I grind them.the finest setting doesn't give nice flavour (the powder like .... tried several times ) so a little course grind does the job. But now I use the cooked milk in the frother ...it doesent give Starbuck taste but he'll ya ...truly Indian espresso kind 😉 To give cafe like taste use karton milk with .4 fat and not above 60 degrees 😊

Hello 😊🙏 Maine agaro bhi use Kiya. Agaro ko mein 9 out of 10 dunga , Costar ko 8 out of 10 ( because Costar is steel but quality is cheap ) and 7 marks for Morphy Richards ... In terms of coffee both agaro and costar are the same.Costar ki coffe thodi thick aur Kadavi ( bitter hai ) aur milk daalna padata hai jyada.agaro ki thodi sweet hai in comparison -- I prefer both. Agaro 2 years warranty but Costar only 1 year. Abhi after sales service pata nai chal sakata because it's a relatively new company . Both agaro and costar are Indian brands but the coffee machines are made in china.good machines both

I purchased it for 9000 But it's Amazon sale and it's 8500 Better then Morphy Richards. Costar is small and very handy machine.quality is cheap. Mostly steel but ( I wish it were better )

This Costar espresso model is Chinese model which sells globally by the name ST-695 B. In Jaipur ,where I live one of my known had this model and I just loved the taste of it cause I like bitter coffee and in terms of coffee taste I like it better then Agaro imperial ( which is also Chinese ). Both are good coffee makers but Costar is Small and cozy and I find it cute .so for me , Costar wins 🙂

And if you want even better then Delonghi dedica is best ( but expensive ) Costar does the job for me .because I have tasted cafe coffee day and Starbucks both.this makes the coffee like it ( except the latte art which requires lot of practice )
