Anybody who uses charcoal on a regular basis, certainly if you have to sharpen them to a fine point like Nitram, knows that the chances of breakage and running out are high. For the price, I don't think it's a good deal. Any sandpaper will do, and you better buy buy the grades individually. I think, each costs £7-8, and you'll only need HB B, H as well for refining. But B+ (yellow) isn't necessary - any charcoal stick will do the job just as good.
