yeah, I think Olivia was right about the seller reusing unsold pieces and not really curating something special. Also considering how fast it was made and how most of the pieces didn't even fit her. Still some cute stuff though and a fun video.

I bought a mystery bundle once and I never did it again. I paid like $100 and the pieces I got were not what was shown in the pictures that she uploaded it with. I was really disappointed and I couldn’t even return anything cuz the Depop seller had no return policy. Every single item I got was like smth you would get at a costume store but what was advertised was like Korean style and soft girl style types of clothes.

I know this an old comment but just because a seller has ‘no refunds’ in their Depop policy does not mean you cannot get a refund. Next time, file for one. If you pay with PayPal you can open up a claim for items not as described and you can send what you got back and get a refund. The sellers that claim no refunds are scam artists. There’s a ton of them on Depop cause people think that the Depop policies are legit but PayPal abides by its OWN policies not Depop policies. You can absolutely get a refund and should try next time you have an issue. Too many Depop sellers out there trying to scam people out of money, sayin things like “message me before buying or you won’t get a refund!” In their captions/bio. It’s bullshit!
@@skankfaceBECCA agreed, I had a situation one time where I bought some used shoes on there said to be in “nearly perfect condition” and lets just say THEY WERENT 💀
And I managed to get a refund and send them back
To be fair the stuff in the pictures, it's not usually what you get, it's more to show you of an idea of what it could be.
For the pink dress I think you could sew two ties in the back so you could cinch the excess fabric :)
this definitely works, Ive done this with a few of my dresses and now they fit me perfectly :)
Thredup does a similar thing, I haven't ever used it but it seems more idk official?? Might be cool to see you try in the future!
i’ve checked thredup before but the shipping can be expensive, they only have free shipping to usa sadly :(

Even just thrifting for myself it’s hard to find pieces that fit perfect so I can’t imagine being able to find clothes that fits someone else
yea but the seller was literally getting paid to try to find clothes that fit and she gave them the specific measurements too

i bought a style bundle in 2020 for 60 dollars my first time buying and i gave her all my measurements and my waist is a 25 and she gave me mens jeans in a size 30 and she gave me a ripped corset top i was so furious i would just recommend buying individual pieces and making ur own bundle.
As someone who makes style bundles, she totally missed the mark. The items were not to your style at all and weren’t properly curated :(

i don’t think she put a lot of thought into this tbh like it’s like she didn’t even think abt ur measurements which is literally the most important part of bundles bc if the peices don’t even fit ur customers than it’s just a waste of money

Love this video. It seems that you were explicit and communicative with your measurements likes dislikes and gave your Pinterest and Depop as inspiration Even giving feedback prior to the sale. The thing is because it was such a low priced box for the amount of items it seems like it was quantity versus quality without her paying much attention to your sizing and also yes she’s not going to copy your Pinterest board because that would be very difficult but personally I think most of the pieces were very generic without any that were really special stand out pieces. If she had priced the box with less Pieces but paid attention to quality fit and aesthetic I think u would’ve been 1000 times happier
For the dress alter cut some ribbon that matches pin two pieces of ribbon to both sides at the waist and tie in the back (doesn’t damage the dress but makes it fit comfortably)
I think style bundles can be good as a gift or especially if you need help styling things but you have to do your research and make sure you find a trusted seller

this bundle was garbage i am so sorry u had to spend so much money on it, especially since u were excited for it. If people are going to charge almost $100 for products and a service the least they can do is pay attention to the information THEY requested from their customer smh

Hey try out a dress clip/ cincher for that pink slip!! I think they were big in the 90s but it can tailor dresses to cinch at the waist

I have a cami that looks exactly the same but I took it out from another shirt and tailored it on the ends from where I cut it and brought it in because it was a large. They are supposed to fit like that some things aren’t supposed to be like too fitted or cropped, but I don’t dig the spaces on the side of my body so I wear it under button ups and tie the straps at the back.
To make the dress fit:
Use two jean pins and two ribbons
Place the ribbons where you want the tightness at and clip them both one jean pin each
now when you wear it, you can tie the ribbons into a cute lil bow at the back and youll get the fit you want, it works really well
the brown bag is cuteee

5:54 you should style it with a chunky belt!! I have the same problem too with most of my dresses, so chunky belts are life savers! But if you don't want to/ don't have one, crossing two belts over each other. It works wonders : ))
you could try a cinch clip for the dress! Alli Vera has a great video on them :)
hi niva! so i have a salousion about the dresses and tops! so all you need to do is thread the sides of the dresses and shirts then just wear a blazer on top :)
You could add a big belt or corset belt to the pink dress maybe a white one to match the lace? :)

For the golden satin cami or the pink dress you can attache two bobby pins on the inside fabric and then put some band or rope trough it and tigh a not to make the waist thinner.

@Disappointed Person I mean that on boys/men’s jeans what we would measure as a woman’s waist is actually lower, closer to the hips. Someone with a 25 inch waist wouldn’t have 25 inch hips and size 25 men’s/boys jeans wouldn’t fit them
that gold silk cami would look great with a black tight miniskirt and a pair of boots, with tights, and a blazer, atleast thats what i imagined

Nope the seller dropped the ball hard. No reason to give her items the seller should’ve known wouldn’t have fit. No excuse for the pants, white button up, and pink dress especially. Necklaces were from Shein. Everything else was ok but as a total not worth $85 and shipping.

For the gold satin shirt you can wear a turtle neck, for the dress you can wear a turtle neck and/or a belt🥰
