On a side note. Last Thursday I took a major spill on My Motot Goat. Hit a big pothole and went over the bars doing 30+ mph Got a bruised hip and a few bruised ribs. And broke the bars on my MotorGoat V3 All good. Ordered some new bars made from 4130 CrMo instead of cheap Chinese aluminum.
Another good video. Actually, this one is really good. Yeah, I like the bike and the Nomad might suit me better than my Himiway that I hardly ride due to frame size. The wetlands tour? Best one yet! If you have anymore aerial footage of the “planks of doom” I’d like to see it. We are having some extensive beaver activity on the left side of the walkway. I think I see one maybe two beaver dens. Thanks, again.
@ I use my own hedge trimmer to cut the blackberry bushes. We also worked on Thursday to clear some overgrowth at the little footbridge that parallels the P/A highway. You’re welcome to come join us sometime. Ha.
@ I’m out here now walking the Boards of Doom. I’ll be out here for another 45 mins or so. If you want to ride over. Another guy and I do trash patrol on Sundays.
@@shootthechit Chit, I’m out here now. Are you talking about all of the recent cutting under the power lines? That’s new to us. Must have happened during the week. Looks like PG&E is planning on replacing the wooden power poles. Those guys laid waste out here.
great review! enjoyed those views and all the other stuff that shows off the capabilities of the ebike. Im a fan of the Nomad :) the plus has a few features the nomad didnt have, buut the nomad was a "little" better hill climber. the Plus is a "little" faster" which most like :) for me a "little" better climber is better than high speed, but the other features [IMO] are great! I like hard tails myself - Im not a pro racer & not a jumper, So a cruiser suits my inner tourist :)
My dad has the OG Velotric Nomad. Great bike, super comfortable and rock solid. But that generation was less soft on the power delivery. A bit of a kick in the rear on power.
@ very low miles. It spends its life on the back of an RV, traveling the warmer parts of the country. Much easier to find parking for it when cruising to town for a few groceries. That Nomad is truly a nomad.
Great video and Review!
It’s funny I’ve watched enough of your videos I recognize where you’re at most of the time.
Seems like a pretty decent all around bike.

Looks like it might be a good choice for King Kong Bundy 👍

@Phsteddie Is that why the bushes were cut down on one side of the Planks? What was used to do that?

This bike is really nice for what its trying to be, a nice chill cruiser that can traverse most terrains. I liked it a lot more than I thought I would
I need to come down and ride them trails

I’m only first because I’m wearing my STC shirt.
Looks like a bob ross painting.
Hey man can you tell me a bike you recommend for a 40 mile commute on mostly road 🙏🏽
I think not showing voltage is a minus also. The collection grows.
It’s definitely a cruiser bike. 😂
You did the phone bit yas!😅😅
Sometimes you gotta wait till the moment is right
Hope ya noticed that front tire wasn't set right before ya rode it😮
@@NewfieNuggets Yea, I did. Had to reseat the tire.
