He really just seems exhausted, overworked and maybe a little bit of CTE on the side. You can’t have this lifestyle and fight for 20+ years and expect to walk away without consequences. On top of that, if he’s on the juice or any other drugs that’ll just exacerbate the problems he already has, not solve them.

One thing is for sure, most of the commenters here only recognize Connor as a competitor. He is a fighter and a professional wrestler, not a competitor. And essentially, facing each other in a wire mesh is not a competition, but a fight.
Huh. Competition - "the activity or condition of striving to gain or win something by defeating or establishing superiority over others" Competitor - "a person who takes part in a sporting contest"
Going to bet big on his comeback fight not going the distance. I genuinely doubt Conor can go 5 and he should still be good enough to get a stoppage W himself.
Besides that interview everyone is harping on he's been sober and very sharp in all the interviews with Jake and the other cast. The arm wrestling one, sneaker store, the full cast, he stole the show. Totally sober and no CTE. The one where he dropped that wisdom about living in the present was impressive. That one weird interview he was probably partying the night before and was still buzzed. Graig Jones is open about it and no one ever even mentions anything negative about it. Connor has other movie offers so he will either fight or do more movies.
Conor is still an honest and good human being, at least that's how he always presented himself. However he most definitely has taken PEDs during the lay off past the injury and most definitely indulges in alcohol and drug abuse, his behavior just screams it. As a person that got into fight sports because of him, I only wish him well and hope things turn out the best for him, not sure coming back to the UFC is that tho...
Connor was speaking with his heavy Irish accent. He is 36 years old. So is it really surprising that he probably will not be back in the octagon. It is easy to talk shite on someone in these comments, but he would cave your head in if you said the stupid stuff that you are saying here. The Notorious will be just fine. He said he may have lost his mind, but as long as his family is alright then it was worth losing his mind.
The fighting game has purely been a marketing ploy for McGregor since his double destruction by Poirier. It boosts his brands, but he’ll never have a serious fight again.
Connor will always respect Nate for giving him that rematch after Connor lost the first fight. Would we still think of Connor the same way in terms of a UFC athlete had he never gotten the rematch? We'll never know I guess.
He won't beat any top fighters in any weight class. Any fight dana makes will be a loss unless he gives him a paddy or ian Garry. That coukd be a 50/50. I doubt he will be back. I've no intrest in nate3
Alot of people that don't train or go to that peak of training . To lose that weight and gain it back fast before the fight . And then just stopping . . And you will obv want to eat and drink more the way u want too. .and eating the way u want too exp. Alot. Missing so many meals. Think about it
I always believed in a rematch with Aldo, it would be massive. But due to Conor get big with steroids this will never happen. But, I think Conor should make a trilogy with nate. Same weight, both are screwed after taking so many sh!t. It would be fair.

@@Syntax1963A do understand that breaking a leg like that can be career ending. In order to heal faster and stronger he took steroids and hgh etc to speed up the recovery. Given is he really wanted to fight again is not a bad decision to make
Bro.... as a recovering cocaine addict it breaks my heart to see him turning up to work on the shards. He's hurting
Curious to see if his new eyebrows made it into the video
I love how everyone just says "He looks fucked up, he's definitely on coke" about EVERYONE.
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
went from fighting like tyson to talking like tyson..
(shout out to that 1 ali comment😂)
He really just seems exhausted, overworked and maybe a little bit of CTE on the side. You can’t have this lifestyle and fight for 20+ years and expect to walk away without consequences. On top of that, if he’s on the juice or any other drugs that’ll just exacerbate the problems he already has, not solve them.
That should be SGB Ireland not England
Nah we Irish don't want this embarrassment
The Poirier Press Conference was the worst for me with the Stevie Wonder head spasm after each comment
Which one
I remember seeing it starting during the lead up to the Dos Anjos fight that never happened, there was a press conference and he had on a silk shirt and sunglasses he was tweaking hard on that one.
his leg break is something you dont come back from.
You know usually after you break a leg the way the leg heals it can actually be stronger after healing than it was before the break
@TheAnnoyingBoss it will forever be a weak spot and it is still painful. No one ever recovers in better shape.
The leg is essential.
That's honestly the least of his issues returning
Someone who knows someone sorted Connor out just to help him out a bit. He looked tired, the road is gruelling, so they helped him 🤷
“I know a guy who knows a guy” 👍🏻🤫
Kahbib broken Connor, he will never be the same.
you still cant spell his name
@@laoch5658 and he is still broken.
Conor broke himself, gave up on substance. He achieved everything he wanted to achieve. Even khabib was a fan of old conor.
He went from talking like Chael Sonnen to talking like Scat Man John.
If he doesn't fight again I'm sure he'll drink again ❄️
buhuu... maybe he should learn some self control, he's a grown man not a kid anymore. his daddy isnt going to do it for him.
Or snort some powder
This is sad, I wish him the best
Constant blows to the head also affects a lot of fighters' and boxers' speech and coordination as they age.
A man without purpose is a sad sight indeed.
Jake : dude u ok ?? Wtf going on
10:54 He can't. If he were to detox RIGHT NOW TODAY he still wouldn't have enough time to get his mind back before the fight. It's just not possible. For anyone. He has broken himself in a way that isn't easily repairable due to believing himself invincible for too long.
He’s aged , been on strong steroids since he hurt himself ,that’s going to change his appearance. Drinking and doing drugs will also make you appear bloated in the face too. With his speech changing , that’s alcohol or drugs effecting that.
I think he’s on the powda. Love Conor though. Hope he comes back soon
They say money and power doesn’t change you, it simply reveals and amplifies who you were all along… btw Imagine the home life 🤕I fell down the stairs again…
Chandler feeling a bit silly now waiting for a dude who probably had no real intention of coming back.
And Conor was clearly either baked or suffering major withdrawal during all the media he did for roadhouse.
I miss Conor McGregor when he said partying is The Weakness for the soul my friend so I tried to avoid it
Bald mcgregor was the most humble disciplined man on the planet. He shouldn’t have made his return against poirier.. and poirier acting like a nice guy and adopted mcgregors hair and trying to be more talkative was annoying. Poirier changed the course of mcgregor for the worse
bro the clip around 8:54 💀at a certain angle with that hair dew he looked like the dude from the movie " Anger Management " ...the crazy dude in the group " I'm having a crisis!" ..hope that reference line rings a few bells 🔔 😂 swear he does!
Is this the first time ppl are seeing or have not exoerienced fuckin up as an athlete when ur rehabing an injury for a long time n its wat has kept u sain ur entire life. Ffs
The ancle break was career ending.
One thing is for sure, most of the commenters here only recognize Connor as a competitor. He is a fighter and a professional wrestler, not a competitor. And essentially, facing each other in a wire mesh is not a competition, but a fight.
Huh.
Competition - "the activity or condition of striving to gain or win something by defeating or establishing superiority over others"
Competitor - "a person who takes part in a sporting contest"
Bro he was loaded at that shoe thing
you’re tripping about o malley. His followers went up 85k when he defended his title
Bruhi never seen that roadhouse interview with the auto shrug. Sad to say it but Connor isnt coming back anytime soon. Hes on some serious shit
Connor will always respect Nate for giving him that rematch after Connor lost the first fight. Would we still think of Connor the same way in terms of a UFC athlete had he never gotten the rematch? We'll never know I guess.
nate wanted the rematch after connor won. But the ufc denied it. How sad was that
Does anybody actually want to see conor vs Chandler? Make conor v nate 3 and move on already
Not really but at this point I kinda wanna see it just so Chandler gets his payday. Conor vs Nate is something I wanna see even less tbh.
He won't beat any top fighters in any weight class.
Any fight dana makes will be a loss unless he gives him a paddy or ian Garry. That coukd be a 50/50.
I doubt he will be back.
I've no intrest in nate3
Conor vs Nate 3 is a worse fight. Nate has no draw either after the embarrassing stunt against Jake Paul.
@@TheAYM91 based on what? Nate is a huge draw especially if they make this fight. Who can vonor beat?
@SL-ld9tn yea, you're probably right. He hasn't fought the elite yet, tho so still kinda untested
Reminds me of dicky Ward from the fighter. Hope he’s alright
Alot of people that don't train or go to that peak of training . To lose that weight and gain it back fast before the fight . And then just stopping . . And you will obv want to eat and drink more the way u want too. .and eating the way u want too exp. Alot. Missing so many meals. Think about it
Check out a movie title Source Code by Jake Gyllenhall. Pretty underated movie.
Yeah that and Looper came out around the same time and are both great underrated sci fi movies.
You can’t go from Coke Addiction to Sober October for a fight camp.
It’s crazy how he achieved so much yet still feels like a wasted talent
He's on steroids 😅
Our life doesn’t last long
"I beat you after a weekend of cocaine..." Dana to his wife.
I always believed in a rematch with Aldo, it would be massive. But due to Conor get big with steroids this will never happen.
But, I think Conor should make a trilogy with nate. Same weight, both are screwed after taking so many sh!t. It would be fair.
You ruined the video with the O'Malley thing at the end
It's miraculous how his hair "grew" back.
The interview with Gyllenhaal was difficult to watch.
Hes either always drunk, on the packet, or both. 9/10 he isnt sober no matter what or even if he is hes on a comedown or hungover or both
I remember when Conor was relevant.
The king is back on june 29th😮💨😮💨
oh sponsors.....ruining every video/channel they can.
