How did the Polish property market appear at Expo Real in Munich?

The European real estate market gathered at Expo Real property fair in Germany, to network, discuss, show themselves, meet clients and investors, partners and colleagues - and assess the state of the real estate sector. Poland was very active - and, perhaps surprisingly to some, exuded confidence - despite the market conditions. Germany, in contrast, was in a dour mood, and the contrast was marked.
The Poland Observer continued its tradition of organising a real estate conference with the City of Warsaw and leading real estate market figures, covering major issues and current trends in the different sectors.
